Two years later

"Okay seriously put your pants back on." I held up my hands to cover my eyes from Peterson's lower half. "I just woke up and I'd rather not see that."

He chuckled lightly and laid back down on me. "Oh but baby." He kissed my neck and I tried to push him off me but failed miserably.

I looked up into his beautiful brown eyes and a smile graced my face. I traced the scar that was across his face and he closed his eyes with a peaceful look.

I kissed his lips softly and when he immediately tried to deepen it, I pulled away and climbed out of our bed. He groaned and laid back down on the bed and I found my torn up clothes on the ground. "Really Peterson?! This was my favorite top!" I picked up the torn t-shirt and threw it in the trash annoyed.

He had a goofy smile on his face. "You didn't seem to mind that last night."

I rolled my eyes and walked into the bathroom to clean off. Today was a big day. At least that's what Peterson keeps telling me. He says he has a special plan for me, and tonight he will 'fulfill a promise' whatever that means.

I heard the bathroom door open up and his large body come into view. "Peterson go away!" I yelled washing the soap from out of my hair. He opened the shower door and slipped inside with me.

Oh boy.

________

I slipped on a blue lacy dress with my hair down in waves and my makeup finally perfected. Peterson left me hours ago needing to catch up on pack work, with him now owning the biggest pack in not alone America but the entire world.

After Brett got back Kiara, he gave up his pack to Peterson because he said he didn't want any threat to ever take him away from his mate. Peterson agreed happily and placed him as Beta, putting Charlie leader in command of the warriors.

Charlie showed off a sort of power during the battle two years ago that created a respect and position for him in this pack. He was happy to take the new position but it also meant he had to leave and travel the world, collecting some of the most powerful wolfs and bringing them to work for Peterson. Of course he took Vanessa with him, who grew up to be a beautiful woman, with one shinning blue eye and a pink sparkly patch on the other.

I missed Charlie dearly and tried to talk to him as often as possible, but that wasn't very much. Vanessa and I turned over a new leaf after the war and confessed she was impressed that I managed to keep the vampire secret for so long. I confessed I was impressed that she managed to keep the secret of her loving Peterson for so long from Charlie and we shook hands.

When one friend left, another immersed.

"Please don't tell me you are leaving your hair like that! Look at the off put strand!" A frantic Diana spoke running to my side.

That's right folks, me and Diana were best friends.

She saved my life that night. I forever felt grateful but she slapped me and told me to stop being so sappy. I felt the need to still repay her so I introduced her to a man who's wife had died. She almost killed me right then and there when she found out he was a human. Then after months of following her around like a lost puppy she gave him a chance, and they fell in love.

She grabbed the front strands of my hair and braided them back to make it look like a waterfall braid. "There! Much better!" She nodded her head pleased and hopped up on the counter.
