So, in the Bane chronicles, Magnus meets the circle in 1993.
But, if TMI takes place in 2007 then Alec would have been born in 1989 and Izzy in 1991. Alec is mentioned, Izzy is not.
Also, after Alec is born the Circle is mostly wreaking havoc in Idris, and Alec only lives in Idris until his parents banishment.
Also, Stephen Herondale died before Jace was born-er- 'born' so if it was 1993, Stephen would have been dead.
No to mention that Clary would have been nearly two, so that was the year that Jocelyn borough Clary to Magnus.
See? This is just making less and less sense.
Also, the first Uprising happened in 1990, so Valentine would have been 'dead', Luke would have been a wolf, ect.
And wasn't Amatis in the Circle?
