7 Months Later

Zion

It's Friday and I'm so happy because this week has been nothing but stressful. Between classes and basketball workouts I'm drained. I was headed back to my apartment when my phone vibrated.

Macey: My house tonight, 8:30 😘

I pondered on it and decided that I would go. It's been all school and basketball since everything that happened with Shai. I miss her a lot. I haven't seen or spoken to her since that day it all went down. The school had prohibited me from talking to her because there was an ongoing investigation, but now that I've transferred schools I'm trying my best to find her.

Ty'Janae also transferred schools and we now live together. She was distraught when it first went down. Shai leaving and becoming homeless and Jax being sentenced to nine months in jail. We haven't spoken to Sierra since then either. She acted funny towards us because we stood up for Shai and Jax. She said no friend of hers was going to be a felon or homeless person. Neither of us hesitated to cut her off right there.

I walked in and saw Ty cuddled up with her boo, Diamond. They looked so cute together. I can't wait for Pooh to come visit in a week. I wish I knew where Shai was so that they could reunite with each other. I got sad all over again so I went to my room to take a nap before tonight.

"Zion get your ass up. You've been sleep for the past six hours. We have a party to go to!"

Ty was yelling from her room as I laid in my bed trying to wake up. I looked at my clock and it was a little after 8.  I quickly jumped up and got in the shower. I washed my body with this fruity shit Pooh sent me and ran some conditioner through my hair. Once I was done I dried my hair with a cotton t-shirt and got out.

We pulled up to the house and Ty was already bent. "Take my pic bruh" she said slurring her words. I laughed and pulled out my phone taking the picture.
