Hey guys, I just wanted to let you know, if you have any ideas for the story, id love to hear them, and maybe I'll add them in!

"Okay guys, we all got it?" I ask everyone. They all nod.

Coaches Boone and Yoast walk in, and everyone falls silent.

"What's going on?" Boone asks

I raise my hand and push my way through the crowd. "Coach, we wanted to let you know, we're gonna warm up a bit different tonight."

Coach Boone gives a doubtful look. "You sure?"

All the guys nod.

Boone sighs. "All right"

"... But tonight, they're going against the undefeated Groveton Lions..." I hear the voice over the megaphone. "Now, here come the Titans!"

I lead the group out, and we all hop and dance, chanting, "Hoo! Ha! We feel! Hoo! Ha! Real good!" Over and over again.

We dance past the dance team, who watches us in disbelief.

The guys decided that we would dance as a warm up, and since I used to be on the dance team, they elected me to come up with the dance. I had an hour's notice.

The guys continue he chant while I branch off to stand with the coaches. The guys line up in the field, and coach Boone and Yoast watch expectantly.

"A five, a six, a five six seven eight!"blue starts.

"Everywhere we go! Everywhere we go! People wanna know! people want know!" The guys chant, dancing along. It's a fairly easy set of dance moves I came up with, including but not limited to knee-ups, punches, and step-clap-slides. "Who we are! Who we are! So we tell them! So we tell them! We are the Titans! We are the Titans! The mighty mighty Titans! The mighty mighty Titans! Hoo! Ha! Oh yeah! Hoo! Ha! Oh yeah!"

The play starts, and everything's good. I sit next to Alan and Sunshine on the bench, watching the game expectantly.

I watch, but something is wrong. Some guy takes down Rev, and Rev doesn't get up.

Boone and I sprint over to make sure he's okay, followed by the medic.

"What happened, Louis?" I ask.

"I audibled. I swear, I audibled." He assures me.

"I didn't hear it." Ray says.

I give him a long, hard glare.

The medic crouches down and examines his hand. "Well, he broke a bone in the wrist. He won't be pitching anymore his season." He helps Rev to his feet and leads him off the field.

"You got one minute, coach." The ref tells us

Boone thinks for a minute. "Sunshine!"

Sunshine runs over." Yes coach?"

"Get out there." Boone says

"Coach, I can't make that pitch." Sunshine says

"What are you talking about, boy? Get out there!" Boone yells.

"Coach Boone, sir, I cannot make that pitch." Sunshine assures him.

"Sunshine, you can do it." I assure him.

"No'! I can't, Caroline!" Sunshine yells.

"Well, what do you want me to do?" Boone asks

We think for a second.

"Coach, take the two minute time out." I say. Sunshine, come with me." I drag sunshine off the field and to the locker room."

"Hurry up and give me your gear." I say.

"What?" He asks in disbelief.

"One way or another, you're going out there, even if it's not you." I tell him.

He sighs and takes off his football gear. I practically throw it on and run back to Boone.

"You got your head straight, son?" Boone asks

"Yes sir!" I say. He looks slightly confused at the pitch of my voice, but doesn't ask any questions. I wink and run out onto the field. I thank god that Ronnie has such a slender figure, or the uniform would be to big.

"What's the matter, you wimps, haven't you seen a football injury before?" I ask the guys. "Show some life in those legs, come on!" They all stare at me. "Ray, you release this time." I tell Ray. Louis, let them through."

"What?" He asks in disbelief.

"Just let them through, I got this." I assure him.

We line up, and the guy standing across from me looks at my face in confusion. The whistle blows, and I have to summon a deep voice from deep writhing myself. "Ready! Set! Blue 21! Blue 21! Hut!" The play starts, and I back up to position. The ball is thrown to me, and I immediately toss it to Blue, then immediately lean over. The guy who was about to tackle me flips right over my back and lands on the floor with a thud. We gained thirty yards.

Everyone in the crowd cheers, and all the guys pat me on the back.

"Ref! That's a penalty! The Groveton coach screams.

"On a quarterback? Really?" The ref asks in response.

The guy I knocked over gets up and glares at me.

"Woo Hoo! You see that man?" Petey asks no one in particular. "That's a baaaad white girl."

The rest of the game goes on kind of like that. I take down the Groveton guys one at a time while my team mates gain too many yards to count. Finally, I get tossed the ball, and I make a run for it. Training with the guys really paid off, because what I lose in leg length, I make up in leg strength. I sprint down the field, and cross the line. "Touchdown! Game, Titans!"

Everyone pats me on the back, thinking that it was Ronnie. It's not until we get to the locker room, and Ronnie is waiting on the bench, that people suspected something.

"Surprise!" I say, taking off the helmet. I pull off all the shoulder pads that, in my hurry to suit up, I had thrown on over my shirt.

"Here you go Ronnie." I hand him his uniform. "You better learn to pitch because I'm not doing that again."

"All right, listen up listen up listen up." Boone says, holding up the game ball. We all crowd around him. "Game ball, Ronnie Bass." He hands it to Ronnie, and we all cheer.

After coach leaves, Ronnie gets everyone's attention. "Woah woah woah! Game ball, to tonight's Ronnie Bass" he hands me the ball, and I take it gratefully.
