Aphmau's POV:

There I sat,at the very edge of the woods, awaiting my brief moments in captivity.

I stared at it for a while, then turning to face my parents.

"So long, dear." My mother smiled through her tears, waving back to me. I smiled,too."Bye,mom. I'll see you soon." She frowned. "Promise you won't be gone for too long, okay?" She wiped a tear from her eye."I-I promise." She turned to dad,and he grinned."P-please find someone deserving of you, okay,Aph?" I hugged him."Oh daddy,of course I will." He shook away his tears as I hugged my mother."We love you,Aph." My father sniffled."I-I love you too.I promise I'll be back soon, just don't forget we while I'm gone!" We smiled.

I took a deep breath as I sealed my eyes shut, taking a step forward.

Now!

I opened my eyes, seeing thew world change before me. I turned back around to wave goodbye to my parents, but all that was left was a field of wheat, and a group of houses. But,one thing stood out to me."H-hi." I turned around to see a young boy, about my age with icy blue eyes and sandy blonde hair. He was really cute, too.

"H-hello. My name is Aphmau Phoenix, mind telling me where I'm at right now." The boy chuckled, grinning widely."Your in Phoenix Drop,m'lady." I smiled at the name and shook his hand."And what would your name be?" He swiped his hair out of his face."My name is Garroth Ro'Maeve. Age 22." I giggled."I'm,well,as I said before my name is Aphmau Phoenix.Age 20." Garroth grabbed my hand, dragging me."W-what are you doing!?" I shouted."You'll see!" We walked through the bustling streets of Phoenix Drop,Garroth smiling for reasons that were still unknown to me.

"Okay, here we go." Garroth took a deep breath, his eyes closed."You came here to find true love, and then get back out,go back to your family, live a normal life, yada yada yada the norm, right?" I nodded."Look at your wrist on the hand you write with." I turned my right hand around to see a capital G in gold ink..Garroth smiled and showed me his wrist,a golden capital A tattooed on him.

"I found you. I knew you'd come someday,I just didn't know you'd come here...I thought you'd end up with someone else, and I'd be stuck in this realm forever. I knew I'd always remember our love, the one we couldn't keep or even speak of until we got here. And now it can last.Forever." I squealed, jumping into his arms.I planted a kiss on his cheek."After all these years,we knew we loved each other, and now your really here!" He laughed."Aph,it's only been two years." I smiled."The worst two years of my life were without you. And I refuse to trade the ones that are to come any time soon! Now let's get home!"

Garroth picked me up bridal style, carrying me to the edge of the woods once again. He put me down gently, and we both took a deep breath. An overwhelming amount of happiness washed over me,and I smiled."Ready?" I asked."Not really, but it's now or never so I don't really have a choice but to face my family again..." I smiled softly and grabbed his hand.

Now!

I sealed my eyes shut, just like before, and took a step forward.

I opened my eyes, and there it was. I turned to Garroth, seeing his smiling face was enough to make me happy."We're home." I gripped his hand tighter."And we're home together."
