Well Biscuit my good old buddy old pal had decided he had enough of my sarcasm for one day, and told me he had some food in the fridge while he went to his room to what I presume is whatever in the world walking and talking biscuits do in their free time. Well I had walked up to the fridge and just opened it up as you do an what I saw next made me chuckle a little. There was a note in the fridge saying "If you want food, then you're going to have to earn it."
Now I'm not one to back down from a challenge, but you have to agree I was a bit confused as to what Biscuit had in mind. So I say to the little card I'm now holding, "Bring it on."
As soon as I say that a trapdoor opens beneath my feet and I fall through it screaming a bit from surprise. After a couple minutes of falling I finally am able to see the bottom of the hole. "No, no, no, no, nooo!" I end up screaming after I realize that and start to brace for impact. When I hit the bottom I end up being a bit surprised again of it being a bouncy kind of thing like a bouncy castle, but unlike a bouncy castle there isn't railings to stop you from falling on your butt here. Which is exactly what happened next with me landing on my back in pain. "You know I was expecting you to make me do a little house chores to get some food, but you know this is definitely more fun. Can you just try to make sure the next time you make me fall in one of your holes you don't forget to add some special I don't know, walls to your safety bounce house at the bottom!"
*Loudspeaker turns on*
"Yea, but where's the fun in that?" I hear who I believe is Biscuit over the loudspeaker.
"You know you got me there. Hey, hey, Biscuit can I do that to the next person we have over for dinner?" I start saying as I begin hopping up in down in place with my hand in the air.
" You definitely have a strange way of having fun with everything that's thrown at you."
"Oh, you." I say acting comically embarrassed. Kind of like one of those cartoon girls."So jokes aside for now, what are we going to do, cause I'm getting hungry. Are we going to have some kind of gladiatorial battle, or maybe a really extreme biscuit cook off, cause I can promise you if you make me cook, my jokes won't be the only thing here on fire."
"No, I actually like not burning everything to the ground." He starts to say as a bunch of electronics start moving things around including the room itself. "Now as you see the bounce house as you put it is being moved along with most the room in general. Now I'm going to want you to do a quick obstacle course and get to the opposite side of the room."
" I see." I say as I began looking around the room to see what has changed with the room. "This doesn't look as much of an obstacle course as it does look like a giant jumping challenge over from floating island to floating island, over decently big gaps to reach the end."
"Yes, that's another way of putting it, but I want to see if your able of accomplishing this "jumping challenge" as you would like to put it, to evaluate your current ability."
"Well if this means dinner, sure thing plus I guess this is just a first for what I should expect for now on."
"Whenever you're ready."
