Where exactly have I seen him before? Why is he so familiar?

Joy scratched her head as she slowly makes her way home. 

He looked kinda like...Sungjae if he dressed in Joseon clothes. Joy widen her eyes widely. Realising what she was thinking, she hit her head. 

Are you crazy? Why would you think of him? 

Shaking her head, she mumbled that she must have gone crazy. She restrained Manager Hwang from even mentioning that name and here she was, thinking about him when she is stuck in Joseon. You have gone crazy, you have really gone crazy, she scolded herself.

But then again, she had never seen Sungjae in other Joseon clothing, other than the King's robe.

"Agassi, Agassi!" Little Choi shouted as Joy entered the house through the back gate.

"Where did you go? How could you run off outside by your own?" Little Choi reprimanded. "What if something happened to you? What if someone notices that you are not..." She stopped herself.

"I'm fine, don't worry." Joy replied to her nonchalantly. However, it somehow brought her a sense of déjà-vu. She used to talk to Manager Hwang in this manner too. And just by thinking of her, a knot seemed to be twisted in her stomach. She misses Manager Hwang. She misses her world very much...

Little Choi looked at Joy, who was way quieter than usual. She reckoned that she had gone overboard. Still not used to her being this quiet, she sighed. "Don't you run off on your own again."

Joy smiled and gave her the prettiest smile she could ever manage. "Did anyone found out that I was gone, other than you?"

"You are lucky no one noticed. But Master is looking for you right now."

"What?" Joy exclaimed. No! 

For the past few days, she has been avoiding the parents of her previous incarnation. After all, Min Inhyeon is their daughter so how could they possibly not recognize her?

"What am I supposed to do now? What if he notices that I'm not Min Inhyeon? Didn't you say that I'm very different from Min Inhyeon? What if he notices it?" Joy panic and asked Little Choi frantically.

"Don't worry, I lied that you are suffering from temporary memory loss after the accident. Also, I will be there with you. If there's anything wrong, signal to me." Little Choi calmly said before signalling to Joy to get her moving.

Joy took a deep breath and followed Little Choi through the backyard and to their destination. It had never occurred to her before that Min Inhyeon's house is so big. For the past few days, she had stayed in her room. Quietly, and not bothering to memorise the path since she's sure she will never walk this path again, she followed behind Little Choi closely.

Finally, they reached. Joy raised up her head and look at the facade of a separated hanok.

"Master, Agassi is here." Little Choi stood before the closed paper door and declared out loud. 

Not long after, a deep voice could be heard from the inside, allowing them to enter. Little Choi reached her hand out to pull open the paper door. She let Joy enter first before she closes the door behind her.

Joy observed the interior of the room. It is definitely much bigger than hers and wooden cabinets could also be seen lining the sides of the room. But similarly, the room also has shelves that were filled with many books.
