Little Choi walked as quickly as she could across the corridors and towards the direction of the King's quarters.

Because of the palace rules, which denoted that all royalties should not be seen running, Little Choi could only walked quickly with all her might. She desperately wanted to dash and get to the King's quarters fast though.

Little Choi looked left and right to ensure that no one is within sight except for her own attendants. Once assured that no other outsiders are in sight, Little Choi broke the palace rules for the first time and dashed as fast as she could to the King's quarters. Her rest of the attendants had difficulty catching up, but none of them complained. Even Han sang-gung did not complain, for she knows the reason why Little Choi is willing to break the palace rules.

Anyone who knew Little Choi would know that she is someone that is upright and honest. They will all know that she will never break a single rule. Instead, she would obey them closely. However, in this case, it will be a different story.

Not only is Little Choi upright and honest, but she is also loyal. She also knows her priority well.

While running, Little Choi reasoned out to herself that palace rules should not be the top priority now. A person's life is.

Still, it's been a long time since she ran. Her lack of exercise can be seen from her low stamina. Running just only half the distance to the King's quarters, Little Choi can already be seen panting loudly.

Han sang-gung persuaded her to stop. Not because Little Choi is breaking the palace rules, but because she is afraid that Little Choi would faint if she continues. Little Choi refuses.

She has to get to the King and get a confirmation from him. And so, she continues despite starting to feel the pain in her body.

Eunuch Kim saw Little Choi from afar. Seeing how she broke the palace rules by running, he immediately knew why. He waved to Little Choi and quickly guided her in.

Leaving her attendants outside the building, Little Choi passes through the numerous doors with Eunuch Kim. She waited impatiently as each of the King's attendants open up each door for her. For the first time ever, she hated that the King's quarters have so many doors to pass through.

Finally, after passing through the very last door, she saw the King. The King looked up at Little Choi from where he is sitting.

"You are here." He said. "I'm actually expecting you to find me."

Little Choi take in the scenario before her. The King is sitting in his study quarters, with many scrolls spread on the table. Boldly looking straight in the eye at the King, Little Choi felt her heartbeat increases and her blood boiling.

How could he still be so calm and reading those scrolls when Agassi is dead?

When she first heard the news, she felt like fainting so how could he be so calm?

Does he not care about Agassi anymore?

"How could you?" Little Choi blurted out without thinking.

At the thought of her Agassi, she began to sob. Her pitiful Agassi...Her Agassi was so deeply in love with the King yet when she died, the King showed no pain for her.
