"Yeah what about Tabitha?" Mom asked setting her fork down next to her dinner plate, clearly interested in what I was going to talk about.
I told her everything on how Austin was ignoring me, how he got blackmailed, how I got blackmailed, etc.
"That evil little....." Her sentence trailed off. "Come on babe that girl needs to pay! NO ONE messes with my daughter!!"
Mom grabbed my hand and practically dragged me to Tabithas house. Great..
Mom knocked, I hoped they weren't home, but what's my luck.. Of course their home... -.- wonderful.
Tabithas "mom" opened the door and kindly let us in.
Tabitha's mother, Mrs. Greene, brought Tabitha done from her room. Of course she looked as innocent as a puppy dog. But mom wasn't buying.
"YOUR DAUGHTER BLACKMAILED MY DAUGHTER AND HER BEST FRIEND." Mom yelled finally kissing her cool. I didnt blame her though.. Tabitha was a real pain... If you haven't noticed...
"I'm sure there's a logical explanation for this." Mrs. Greene said trying to calm mom down.
"Oh... No that so called daughter of yours blackmailed my baby girl. Now if this happens again I WILL involve the authorities!!" Mom yelled grabbing my hand and we were off, back on our way home.
My mouth dropped open in shock. My mom actually did that... For me!! Oh my gosh that was.... AWESOME!!! That'll teach Tabitha... Hopefully...
I turned my phone back on to see I had missed a message about an hour ago.

From: Austy <3
We need to talk...'
I re-read it about 100 times before I replied.
'To: Austy <3
From: Mia <3
Ok. You can come over. Mom won't mind. I took care of Tabitha btw.'
No reply I sigh turning my phone off figuring he had changed his mind about coming and seeing me.
I heard a gently, yet sharp knock on the front door. I ran to go answer it.
I opened the door slowly to reveal A tired Austin. I opened my mouth to speak.
"No don't say anything let me talk first." He started. "Mia.... I know you probably hate me for what I did... But I had a reason. And now that I have been away from you this long, I... I can't get you out of my head. Mia your EVERYTHING to me. I can't believe it took me this long to realize, but the minute I bumped into walking alone on that starry night. I fell in love with you that day. And I.. I still love you Mia. I love you." He stammered.
