Frightful night

Tabithas POV-

I sat down on the bed. I knew he would be mad at me. I knew the consequences of not poisoning the baby. Yet I couldn't do it. I couldn't take a life.

Coco started barking at the window. "What are you barking abo-" I start turning around to see Justin. My eyes widened

"You couldn't finish one simply task." He laughed to himself jumping down from the window sill.

"One simply task!" He yelled knocking a lamp over and it crashing to the ground.

"It's not what you think! I couldn't go through with it!" I said backing up, trying to get to the door as fast as I could.

"Yet you couldn't do it! I should've known! Always have to do these things myself!" Justin yelled. "Well now you'll pay. Your coming with me."

Austin's POV-

I heard a giant crash coming from Tabithas room. "What was that?" Amelia whispered.

"I'll go check it out. Lock the door and only open it for me." I said lifting the sheets from me and then running to tabithas room.

"It's not what you think! I couldn't go through with it!" Tabitha sobbed.

"Yet you couldn't do it! I should've known! Always have to do these things myself!" An all too familiar voice said "well now you'll pay. your coming with me!"

"I don't think so." I said barching through the door and at Justin.

He fought me off well though. He was stronger then I had anticipated. Finally I resorted in my only option of winning. Knocking him out.

I grabbed the nearest thing to me, which happened to be a lamp, and bashing it against his head. Only hard enough to knock him out for a time.

Tabitha had already run out the door. I got up quickly, making sure Justin was out for a little before running back to mine and Amelia's room to grab the phone and call the police.

"What happened! Your bleeding!" Amelia said worried as ever.

"I'm fine." I insisted, making my way to the phone and dialing the police.

They arrived in 5 minutes. Justin had woken up once but I'm not going to lie i did enjoy bashing him on the head again.

We all were interviewed by the police. So they could pieace together what had happened.

i was first.

"So what all happened Mr. Mahone?" a detective asked me as i sat on the couch with Amelia and Tabitha.

"Well i was sleeping in my room, when i heard a loud crash in Tabithas room. I was curious so i went to check it out. When i got to her room i heard Justin say something about taking her with him so i barched through the door and attacked him. Then the only way i knew i was to win was to knock him out, so i bashed him on the head with a lamp. and he was out cold. I ran back to my room and called the police to arrest him." I said.

"And do both of these girls live with you?" the detective asked after writing all that i had said, or at least the gist of it.

"Well Amelia is my girlfriend and she lives with me. Tabitha is a... friend and she doesnt have a place to live so we rent a room here for her." i answered.

Amelia's POV-

"So what happened to you Mrs. Grande?" the detective asked me.

"Well i was in my room sleeping obviously, when i heard the loud crash from Tabithas room. Austin went to her room to check it out and told me to lock the door and to only open it for him. So i did, when he returned i opened the door saw he was bleeding and he raced toward the phone and called the police."

Tabitha's POV-

"Now your turn Mrs. Green" the detective said turning to face me.

"Well, Justin had been in contact with me since i started living here a couple weeks ago. He was trying to convince me of killing Austin and Amelias baby. I wouldnt do it. So in revenge for not doing that he came after me. I was sitting on my bed with Coco and he was in the window sill. He said that i had failed him that i was weak. I told him i woudnt do it so the lamp got knocked over, that most likely was the loud crash Amelia and Austin had heard that woke them up. I tried to stop him but he was too strong for me. He said he was going to take me as revenge for what i had done or hadnt done i suppose. Then Austin barched into the room and took Justin down. i ran out of the room too frightened to go any farther but also too frightened to stay in that room." i said

"he was trying to have you posion our baby?!" austin said clenching his fist. "He'll pay for this!"

"As he will Mr.Mahone. Hes going to be doing some serious jail time." the detective said standing up and leaving alone with the police and justin.

Amelia's POV-

it had been an hour since the police had left with Justin. There was no point in going back to bed since none of us were likely to get any sleep consider the night and early morning we had had. Well ill have a story to tell mom. i thought to myself.

"Im sorry for all that happened." Tabitha said. "I understand if you want me to move out."

"You are more then welcome to stay as long as you need." I said

"Thank you" Tabitha whispered.

Tomorrow was going to be a long day
