Part 3: Saved

(Hiccup P.O.V)

It's amazing how strange and wonderful things tend to happen when I am out riding, one moment I am enjoying my morning flight with my bud Toothless as well as keeping an eye out for anything suspicious when all of a sudden I see another dragon rider below me, I halted Toothless and told him to stay quiet and try to get closer without giving away our position, that was when I realised that the dragon he was riding looked almost like a night fury, but he had different scales, and the rider had strange clothing.

"Follow them bud, I think he's riding a night fury" that was all it took for Toothless to give away our position and make his signature dive bomb.

"NIGHT FURY!" the boy shouted while his dragon shrieked in shock.

Okay, that was odd and not what I was expecting, if they knew what Toothless was then why are they fleeing? Perhaps its just a reflex? I was pulled out of my thoughts when I realised they were getting away.

"Follow them bud we can't loose them" I encouraged.

We flew for a while but from what I could tell he was new to flying as his flying was kind of sloppy.

I was shocked when he didn't look where he was going, I yelled "LOOK OUT!" but it was too late, they crashed into some trees as I tried to reach out and help the rider but they fell too fast for me to do anything, the dragons cry of pain made me flinch as if in pain myself.

I flew down and made Toothless land, I saw the dragon try to move but with no success, then the boy collapsed most likely from his injuries. I had to get the others or I would not be able to move them, I quickly jumped back onto Toothless but he didn't seem to budge.

"We need more help Toothless, we'll get them safe but you need to move now and be quick" taking one last look Toothless jump and flew away from the location, I directed Toothless back to Berk as fast as he could.

I have no idea on how I was exhausted from that flight but I didn't have time to question it, I found them in the Training Academy and after I landed Toothless I quickly jumped off of him, although ungracefully.

"Hiccup are you okay? Is something wrong?" my friend Astrid asked me.

"I found another dragon rider" I panted in one breath "need help...accident"

They didn't ask for more if I was this desperate for help, they hopped onto their dragons and followed me to the location.

(Male Reader P.O.V)

I groaned as I began to regain consciousness, I opened my eyes to see where I was, unfortunately my eyes were still blurry and nothing looked right. I rubbed my eyes and tried again, this time I could see the room looked strangely familiar.

I was brought out of my thoughts when I heard a strange moan, silently thanking whoever it was that kept my clothes on I rushed toward the slab of rock that held a dragon, I knew it was my sister.

"(S/n) are you okay?" I whispered.

My sister still in dragon form groaned before opening her eyes just wide enough that she could see me, I smiled.

"Good to see you up girl and somewhat okay, I guess they saw you in dragon form so now I have to give you a name" I thought for a moment "how about Isis?"

She liked it as she began to purr, I couldn't help but rub her sensitive neck making her purr louder, I took another look at her body and immediately felt guilty, one of her wings was bandaged with a splint to help it stay in place, she wouldn't be able to fly until it came off.

"I see your awake" said a female voice.

I jumped in front of Isis as if to defend her but was shocked when I saw a girl that shouldn't even exist. Astrid.
