Not Just a Rebound

• Spring Break

He set his bags down and I jumped into his arms again just like I did at the airport. I continued planting kisses all over his face.

He carried me like I was weightless and like I wasn't kissing every inch of his face but he was smiling so it's fine.

I wrapped my arms around his neck and fixed myself. "I've missed you soooo much"

He laughed. "I know. You've said it every single second we've been together"

"I don't care" I nestled my head into the crook of his neck.

He sat on the edge of the bed with me still around him and rested his chin on my head. "I've missed you too baby"

"Better have"

He moved so he was leaning against the headboard and yawned.

"Oh you're tired? Of course" I unwrapped myself off him.

He let me unwrap legs and arms then pulled me back next to him. "Where are you going?"

"The living room so you can have peace and quiet"

"I don't want peace and quiet. I want you here next to me"

Cue the butterflies, people.

We laid down after we changed and by that I mean he was in just his boxers and I was in his shirt. My underwear remained on of course.

I laid my leg on top of him and snuggled more into his chest.

"I've missed this" he says half asleep.

"Me too"

I rolled over and pulled the blanket over my head. Dominic was still asleep behind me I think but the tv was on so he's probably awake. I turned my head and peaked out from under the covers. Yea he's awake.

"I seen that" he smirked.

I covered myself with the covers again. "No you didn't"

"You know you won't be able to go back to sleep now that you've moved around so much right?"

I groaned as I realized. " it's your fault"

"How?"

"If you would've been asleep I could've went back to sleep"

"How?" He repeated.

"I could've crawled into you and fell asleep instantly"

He slid down. "You wanna go back to sleep?"

"No. I'm awake already so I might as well take advantage of you"

"Oh? You're gonna take advantage of me? Are you gonna tie me up?"

I playfully hit him in the chest. "Not like that... Well not right now. We'll definitely being doing some of that later"

"Instead of me getting tied up can I tie you up?"

I glared at him.

"Just asking " he smiled and gave me a kiss on the forehead.

I laid my head back on the pillow still facing him. I glanced at the tv then at the time on the cable box, 8:52.
