Chapter 11

(Kevins pov)

"what?!!!!" I exclaimed

"Yes what I have heard is true. I never lie. They were planning to declare war on us." Lance said adjusting his black rimmed glasses over his ice blue eyes nervously. Fear lingered in his eyes as he slowly looked towards my direction

"Apparently Steve almost killed two of their rank kids so they are out for revenge"

I remained silent for a while thinking to myself. Richter would be furious if that happened. I should just deal with that girl myself before she put any crazy ideas into anyone's head. And that Steve needed to be dealt with too. This school had enough bloodshed.

"Don't let this information leak out. Keep this between you and me. I can handle them myself" I said to lance who nodded and left the room immedietly.

Zoe. This has gone too far now. I should destroy her.

But how? I had never killed anyone. And I hated bloodshed ,unlike my father I wanted a peaceful empire. I should do this quiet and unharmed.

"What are you thinking of?" a silvery voice interrupted my thoughts as I looked at the girl in front of my eyes.

Her eyes were of the deepest crimson red with her eye all covered with black  and her hair was sleek and shiny black which was free behind her back .She wore a short black skirt with a white top that went all the way up to her neck. I could sense her strong energy all the way from here. her lips were the same red as her eyes almost as if they were stained by blood

"Vassily. What are you doing here? You were supposed to be in your room. Richter won't like it if he heard." I sighed as I led her out of my room and towards the corridor.

Vassily laughed .It sounded like a soft twinkle. She then looked at me with her piercing red eyes. "I can read your thoughts you know." She said.

"What do you want?" I said as I stood up from the arm chair and headed towards her.

"hmmm me think. Oh yes. This elimination of Zoe. I want to be a part of this." She said with glee.

"You shouldn't waste your powers on such trivial matters Vassily" I said shaking my head. "Richter wants you to save your powers for a greater purpose." I said. Yes that was right. Vassily was our trump card for defeating the upcoming vampire queen.

It was predicted from the elders that a vampire queen would rise stronger than anyone else with the ancient magic dwelling in her to take over the vampire world. If her powers were in the wrong hands it could lead to great threat to the vampire world. So the two kings had planned to use vassily's power against the queen to capture her. Vasilly was the last desecendant with the ancient vampire magic almost as strong as the queen. And only the higher ups knew about this story. It was to be kept secret .

"Oh come on ,that is just a myth . You really believe that?" Vassily sighed.

"That is impossible you know. Richter killed that so called queen years ago right in front of my eyes"

I froze in my steps and stared at her in shock. Did I hear right?

She smiled "I like that reaction. I know more than you do kiddo. Just let me take part of this. I have some personal issues with that girl to take care of too. I'm sure Richter would agree with my idea too" Vassily grinned .

"what do you mean?" I asked narrowing my eyes.

"Richters been planning to kill that half blood ever since he found out about his existence"
