Telling Frankie

*at mauras house*
*Maura's P.O.V*

"Frankie listen please" I said as tears ran down my face
"No Maura, who the hell is that Tony guy and why were you kissing him?!"
"T-Tony is my ex boyfriend from D.C, I never told you about him because we worked together as special agents." I finally told him.
"Special agent? But you're a medical examiner" Frankie sounded confused.
"Frankie,baby, I had to go into WPP. My real name is Kate Todd. That's my past, Tony is my past, D.C is my past. You are my future, Here is my future." I said as I hugged him.
*jane walks in* *narrators pov*
'What's going on here? Is everything okay?!' Jane asked. Maura told Jane about her and Frankie earlier.
Maura and Frankie both looked at each other and laughed 'everything is fine' they both said. 'Okay, Maura did you tell him?' Mouthed.
'I told him about my past but not the other thing' Maura mouthed back.
'You should' Jane said

*the next morning*
*mauras pov*
I was getting sick in the bathroom and I heard Frankie come in
"Maura?! You here?!"
"Yeah I'm coming one second" I fixed myself up and walked out to him giving him a kiss. "Morning baby" I said as I made coffee.
"How are you? You sounded like you were getting sick" he questioned.
"I'm fine baby, probably just something bad I ate" I lied. Waiting for the hives now
"Morning guys" Angela said as she walked in the door.
"Morning Ma, Morning Angela" we both said as I handed them both coffee.

Frankie had to go into work so I went to my OBGYN appointment.

*appointment, mauras pov*
'Doctor isles?' She asked I stood up and walked into the the exam room.
The OBGYN squirted the gel on my stomach and it was cold, I wish Frankie was here.
'So doctor isles, you definitely are pregnant, about 4 weeks, congratulations!' Doctor Browne said to me. "Thank you" I said standing up and walking out "I'll see you in 4 weeks"

*back at work*
"Any news?" Tony and Jane said walking in together.
"I haven't started yet" I said looking up
"Okay, How was the appointment this morning?" Jane asked not thinking about Tony in the room. "Appointment? What appointment ka-Maura?"
"If you must know I'm four weeks pregnant, the appointment went great and I'm telling Frankie later."
'Telling me what later' Frankie said walking in.
"Oh em I guess that's us leaving" Jane said grabbing Tony and leaving.
"Em, Frankie, I have something to tell you."
"You know you can tell me anything."
"I'm pregnant" I said smiling up at him
"Really?!" Frankie sounded excited "we're having a baby?!"
"Yes we are Frankie" I said laughing.
He looked down and kissed me. He pulled away 'we're having a baby'
"Yes,yes we are" I said laughing before I kissed him.
"I love you and this baby!"
"We love you too Frankie, you can't tell your mom though, we don't need everyone knowing."
"Okay" he said looking down and kissing me one more time before he left to go back up stairs and I started the autopsy.
