Jane went to get doctors appointment. She definitely was pregnant. We were called into a crime scene at the woods.
Jane was walking down the hill when I heard.
"Frankie I don't need your help! I can walk down by myself!"
I laughed at this. Jane is still going to be independent and stubborn.

It was my turn to walk down. I went down slow because I wore heels but that wasn't slow enough. I fell.
"Maura!" Frankie ran over. I was laughing.
"Frankie, it's fine I'm fine. Just help me up." He put his hand out to help me up and I grabbed it. He pulled me up.

"Thanks Frankie." I said dusting off my behind.
I walked to the body, there was two wounds. One to the ear with significant tissue loss and an entrance wound to the chest.
"Maybe it was a random shooting." I heard Jane say.

"You are going to want to see this."
We walked upon a pre-dug grave.
"Maybe it wasn't random."
We got back to BPD.

~later that day~
The killer had been putting adds up all over the Internet to get men to meet him and kill them.

/Mauras house\
"Frankie, please don't tell Ma about it" I said to him while sitting on the couch.
"But if she over hears what will I say?" Frankie asked looking at Maura and I.
"Just say I'm pregnant. She'll believe that." Maura said looking at me smiling.
"Okay. If she asks who's pregnant. Maura is okay Frankie? And no helping me at work I can walk by myself!" Jane shouted from the kitchen.
"I can't believe my big sister is going to have a baby!!" Frankie said smiling.
"I know. I couldn't believe it either." I heard Maura say. She had her head on Frankies chest.

"How are you going to tell Casey?" I heard Maura say.
I shrugged. It's not that I didn't want him knowing I just don't know how to tell him.

I checked my phone.
I had a text from Tony and Cailin.
Tony's text-
"We found who was in the car explosion. I'm okay."
Cailin's text-
"Maura there's  some guys at the house. Please help."
I texted back.
"Do you still need help Cailin?I could come over."
"No it's okay they left. Can we talk tomorrow?"
"Sure,  lunch at division one?"
She texted back "okay"
I smiled. I checked the time. It was getting late.
"I'm going up to bed I'll see you in the morning Jane." I said walking past her.
"I'll be up soon babe."
I nodded. I got changed into my pjs and got into bed. I heard the door close it must have been Jane going home.

~the next morning~
I woke up to the sound of Haven crying. I looked at the empty spot on the bed, maybe Frankie went to work early I thought to myself. I took Haven out of her crib and fed her. I looked at the couch and Jane was sleeping.
"Jane!" She woke up "damn it Maura! What now?!" "Where's Frankie?" I asked looking down and seeing my phone on the coffee table.

I looked at Maura remembering what happened last night. She left her phone on the coffee table and Tony texted her after she went up to bed, Frankie got paranoid and left. I guess I just fell asleep here.

"He,em, he left last night." I said standing up to get coffee.
"Why?" "He saw you got a text from Tony and got paranoid. He'll be back tonight. He loves you too much to leave." I answered reassuringly.

A long day went by before we went home. Frankie didn't show up to work.
We drove back to Mauras and he was sitting on the couch.
"Maura can we talk?" She nodded. I took Haven into the other room and heard them talking.
"Maura please tell me if you are having an affair with Tony." Wow he really was paranoid.
"Frankie. I'm not. I promise." I heard Maura.
"Then why was he texting you?"
"Someone was pretending to be Tony and he got blown up. Jane and I went to check to see if it was him a while back. That was the first time I have spoken to him since he left." Maura said. She sounded like she was crying.

"Okay. But why was he texting you?"
"He was telling me they found out who was pretending to be him. I didn't reply." "Okay Maura."

I walked back out to find them hugging.
"I told you Maura." She smiled.

Angela walked into the house.
"Hello everyone."
"Hi Ma" Jane and Frankie both said "hello Angela."
"How are you all?" She said walking over to Haven. "Good" Jane looked at me.

"Do you's have any news for me?" We shook our heads no.
"Okay. I just came into see my granddaughter. Maura do you think we could have a family dinner soon?"
"I don't see why not." I said looking at her.
"Okay. How about tomorrow?" I nodded.

~the next day, preparing dinner~|Frankies pov|

"Jane when are you telling everyone?" I asked.
"I don't know Frankie! Soon!"
"They're going to find out about the pregnancy."
"Pregnancy?" I heard Ma say. Way to go Frankie.
Jane nodded. "Yeah. Pregnancy. We were going to wait until Christmas Day to tell you but it turns out you know already! Surprise!" I said. It was the 12th of November. Tomorrow is my birthday. "Mauras pregnant?!" Ma asked. Jane nodded. "Yeah." Maura walked into the kitchen.
"Good evening Angela." Maura said.
"Congratulations!!" Ma said pulling her in for a hug. She looked at me 'sorry' I mouthed.

"Ma why don't you got talk to Tommy and TJ while we talk over here for a minute." Jane suggested.

"Jane you need to tell them tonight. Maura can't lie at all." Frankie said.
"Okay okay! I'll tell them at dinner."

~dinner~|janes pov|
"Maura and Frankie have some news for us." Ma said.
"No Ma, they don't. I do." She looked at me.
"I'm pregnant." I said smiling. She got up and hugged me.
"And you're not" she turned and looked at Maura.
"No" we all said in unison. "Just Jane."
the night went on and finally it was time to go home.
"Bye Ma" I hugged her and kissed her on the cheek.
"Bye Maur,Frankie." I said kissing the both on the cheek. I walked out the door.

I woke an hour before Frankie and made him breakfast, got his presents and his card ready. I walked up the stairs left the tray down and woke him up.
"Frankie, wake up." I gently shook him.
He woke up. "Did my phone go off? Do I have to go in?" He asked sitting up.
"No it's your birthday and I made you breakfast in bed." I said putting the tray on his lap.
"Maur, I said not to make a big deal out of my birthday."
"I never got to celebrate your birthday properly with you so I had to make a big deal out of it. You always make a big deal of me." I said kissing him.
"I knew there was a reason I was marrying you" he joked.
"I love you."
"I love you too Maura."

We heard Haven cry and I brought her into the bedroom.
"It really is the family I always wanted." I said sitting next to Frankie.

My phone rang.
"Cailin, what's wrong?"
"Okay. Okay, yes you can come over."
I hung up.
"Cailin just wants to see Haven. I was thinking we could go to the Dirty Robber tonight what do you think?"
He nodded. "I'll call the babysitter."

We walked into the dirty robber and I heard everyone shout "Surprise!!!" All at the same time. I looked at Maura.
"Did you do this?" "With a little help from your mom." She answered and I kissed her. God I love this woman I thought to myself.

I talked to loads of people. Then it was time for karaoke. Oh no.
I sighed. I always hated this at parties.
