How did this happen?

~time jump to when Maura is 6 months~
It's been six months since Maura found out she was pregnant.
She's been in and out of hospital for 4 months.
"Frankie" Maura said crying. She had lost loads of weight since she found out.
"I think I need to go to the hospital again" Frankie sighed. "Okay baby."
Frankie knew this would be the last time she was going to go there. He was going to demand that she would stay until their bundle of joy came along.

|one week later|
Maura has been in the hospital for a week straight. They said that they need to take the baby out a month early. We were okay with that. Maura said she was starting to feel much better.

"Frankie I'm starting to feel better, can't I just go home?"
"Maura, we had this conversation. No, you can not. You'll only get worse." He said holding her hand.
"Okay, fine." She sighed.

----- sorry for all the time jumps but jump to the day before her c-section.
Maura was let out of hospital early.
They went swimming the day before, their son would be born.

"Mommy, is my brother going to be here 'morrow? Haven asked smiling up at Maura.
Maura squatted down to heavens height.
"Yes baby, he is and you are going to be so happy to finally meet him aren't you?" And she nodded her head. Maura got back up and done havens hair before they left the pool.

"Do you want to go see Jane or Ma?" Frankie asked.
"Let's go see your mother. Jane will probably be there." Frankie drove to Angela's.

They walked In the door and were greeted by Jane,casey,Emma and Angela.
"Maura, are you feeling okay?" Angela asked.
"Yes, I'm fine. I just want this little man out." She said rubbing her stomach.
"This time tomorrow you'll have him in your arms sweetie." Angela said hugging Maura.

They stayed in Angela's chatting for a while, haven playing with Emma and just catching up. With Maura being in hospital she hasn't really been in work.

At 6 o clock they went home.
"Bye Ma" Frankie said kissing Angela on the cheek.
"I'll see you tomorrow." She said and Maura nodded.

They got home and made dinner, gave haven a bath , got her ready for bead and put her to bed all before eight thirty. After they done that they sat downstairs talking about their new baby on the way. "Joshua Sam Rizzoli." Maura said rubbing her stomach.
Frankie smiled from the kitchen hearing her say his name.

At 11 o clock they went up to bed after watching 'Pretty woman'
Maura took off her make-up, put her hair into a bun and wore shorts with one of frankies t-shirts.

The next day the left early for the hospital.
Frankie had go to get a cup of coffee for himself.
Maura was sitting in her bed waiting for him to come back when she heard her name and looked up.
"Tony, what are you doing here?"
"I'm here on holidays and heard that 'the Maura isles' was having her baby today so I decided to pop by."
Maura smiled.
"Boy or girl?" He asked.
"Boy." They talked for awhile before Tony had to leave.

~3 hours later~
"Maura rizzoli, we're ready for you're c-section."

A while later Maura was back in her room with her baby boy. Angela came in and to see Joshua.
"He's so small, Maura"
Maura smiled looking at him in his incubator.
"He's beautiful."
