"Here try this one"Janae said handing me a dress.
"I don't like that,its too girly" I said.
I have been trying on dresses from early this morning and tomorrow was this ball thingy.
My day was rather exhausting.
Janae suddenly started clapping her hands with a huge smirk placed on her face.
"Say yes to this dress chica" she said handing me the dress and shoving me back into the changing room.
Whether I liked this dress or not I was not gonna try on anymore. I am done.
The black dress sat on my body nicely, and not to mention the color,it was black😍.
The material was soft.
The vampish black lace trailed over my top right shoulder and ended above my left thigh. The dress flowed down to my ankles giving me this sexy boss bitch look. All I needed now was a lil red.
"Baby girl, I got you some red pumps, and don't even think about arguing with me cause you gonna wear them" Janae spoke from the other side.
I opened the door and she gasped holding her heart dramatically and falling in the chair behind her.
I giggled.
"You look gorgeous hun" she smirked.
"Thanks, now let's go" I replied.

"Sit still Kate" Janae snorted.
She inisited on doing my makeup tonight. This girl was unbelievable.
"I said hold still" she almost shouted
" You better hurry the hell up, I'm getting restless" I replied.
She smiled and swung the chair I was in so that I could face the mirror.
Makeup really does wonder for people. I literally never knew I could look this good. And I was liking this red lipstick. Not to mention my hair.
"You really out did yourself biih" I said feeling a little tiny bit excited.
Then there was a knock on the door.Janae opened it and was greeted by her boo Brade. They headed out the room leaving Jayden at the door.
He was smiling at Brade and Janae before his eyes got a glimpse of me. He looked me up and down and up again. He was stuck in his position for a while with his mouth slightly opened before he smiled and walked over giving me a cosarge.
"You look absolutely beautiful Katherine" he said never breaking eye contact.
"I could say the same to you Jay" I replied burning up under his glare.

All eyes were on us when we entered the ball. I must say this place was stunning. Whoever decorated this place deserved a grammy.
My eyes flipped over when I saw a lil buffet across the room. I looked at Janae who was busy with Brade so I decided not to bother her.
"I see you staring at the buffet" Jayden said holding my hand
He carried me over there and left to go get us drinks.
Wasn't he the sweetest.
I tried not to look too greedy by eating small portions of everything I saw. Jayden returned shortly after. We drank our punch and sat with Brade and Janae at our table.
"Okay okay, all couples its your time, please make your way to the dance floor"the Dj announced.
I found myself dreaming

We danced there lost in the song. My hands loosley drapped over his shoulders and his hand around my waist. He pulled me closer.My head was now laying lightly on his chest. He then looked at me caressing my cheek inches away from my lips. I stared back at him taking him in,the way his eyes roamed all over my face before steadying on my lips. He inched closer and closer.
Please don't kiss me,please don't kiss me I screamed to my subconscious feeling the urgue to back away from him but I felt so comfortable here in his arms .

Just as his lips were about to reach mine the Dj switched the song. Ain't God good.
