its a date

I woke up with the biggest headache in the world. I felt like someone was beating me with rocks. I groaned and got up to do my morning routine. I walked to the bathroom and by force of habit I locked the door. I washed my face with my face wash. I brushed my teeth. I heard a bang on the door and jumped. That made my head hurt even worse. I realized I had only spandex on and a sports bra. I did not want anyone looking at my bruises and asking questions so I hid behind the door, unlocked it and peeked my head out. At just my luck it was Hayes.

"Hey um can we talk" he said looking at me with the I'm-so-sorry look

"No thanks Hayes goodbye" I said and shut the door

I heard the door close so I walked out my room to change. My dad never hit my legs so I kept my spandex on and put on a all black sweatshirt that said "YouTube" on the back in white letters and the YouTube logo on the front. I walked out my room still with a big headache. I walked into the kitchen to make myself some poptarts. I put them in the toaster and walked into the boys lounge to find Matt. I was hoping he had some Advil for my headache.

"Matty boo" I said and sat down next to Matt on the couch. The boys were watching daddy's home and I absolutely love that movie. Good thing Hayes and Jordan aren't down here, I don't think I can deal with Hayes right now.

"Yes Katerina" he said turning to me. When he saw the bruises on my face he got concerned and had that scared look in his eyes that you get when your parents ask to see your report card.

He held my face and I winced at the pain.

"Sorry bae" (in a friend way) he said and looked at me sad.

"Hey it's okay I was just wondering if you had some Advil for me, cause I have a big headache"

"Um yea its upstairs come on"

"Thanks Matt"

We walked upstairs and I smelt something burning. I looked at the toaster and it was smoking. Bad. "Shit" I mumbled. I ran to the toaster and popped out my pop tarts.

"Umm my bad" I said and looked at Matthew. He chuckled and shaked his head.

"Heres the Advil" I thanked him and grabbed a cup of water. It started to work immediately.

"Hey why don't we go swimming" Matt said.

"Yay" I squealed and ran upstairs to change. I grabbed my white triangle bikini and threw it on. I grabbed some foundation and put it on my stomach, chest, and arms for the bruises. I threw on my bracelets for the cuts on my wrist and grabbed a towel. I walked down the stairs and saw Matt, Johnson, carter, and of course the one and only Hayes. But no Jordan thank god. I saw Hayes headed towards me so I walked faster. He sighed and looked down. I set my stuff down and immediately jumped in the pool. Sooner or later everyone was in the pool. All the splashing stopped so I looked around. Everyone was looking at me strangely so I got worried.

"Is there something on my face" I giggled and stopped once I realized no one else was laughing. Johnson swam towards me and looked down at my stomach.

"Katie what happened to your stomach" he said 

Shit. I forgot waterproof foundation

"Um I fell" I said stuttering.

"Guys umm I'm getting tired I'm gonna go take a nap" I fake smiled and started getting out. I was about to open the door when I was lifted on someone's shoulders. Matts.

"Nope tell me what happened Kat" he said once he plopped me on the couch.

"I already told you I fell" I said in a annoyed tone. Matt and everyone else just gave me the if-you-don't-tell-us-your-not-going-anywhere look.
