I have no idea where the idea for this came from exactly, since it's been sitting in my sketchbook so long. It was just some visual brainstorming for TISS that turned into a pretty cool piece of art. But frankly, TISS-Kate got the better end of the deal with outfit design and the body proportion XD
Kate's outfit is loosely based off of one of the outfits in some AWESOME artwork Superkate-Studios has posted here on Wattpad, and Sharron's... Well it's just some random thing I didn't put too much effort into. I'll give it a redesign later if I feel like it, probably.
Yep, the proportion on Kate looks AWESOME, but on TISS-Sharron it's a little off, and, as always, that gets to me a bit because I'm a perfectionist XD
But anyways, the whole point was to symbolize unity amongst Creators and the union of their power to solve problems and, ultimately, help them defeat evil forces. That's the weird color squiggle thing you see in the middle - it's their powers binding together. (The way the light from that reflects off the two of them is nice, too.)
Kate's a Master at what she does, so she doesn't need anything to focus her power and can just use it on its own, but TISS-Sharron is still an amateur and has a lot to learn, so she prefers instead to use a lightsaber, something she knows because of her fandoms, specifically designed to accommodate her power and redirect it. She's even got a holster for it on one leg so she can keep it close at all times.
