I wake up and remember everything that happened last night. I scream into my pillow and laugh. I grab my phone and look at my contact list.

Ashton I.
Calum H.
Luke H.
Michael C.

I blink my eyes and it's still there. I smile to myself and get ready for work. I drive to my favorite place in the world and get a text message from Ashton.
Are you free later on today?

I read the text message again and smile. "He wants to see me?" I ask myself, still in the car so people don't think that I'm crazier than I already am.

I have a break later on today if you want to come then. The name of the place is Grandma's Southern Kitchen. See you at 3:00.

I text back and cut off my phone. "Hey Kat. You coming in?" Lilac asks as she bangs on my window and I open the door. "Who was texting you?" She asks. "Ashton. He's coming over here during our shift." I say and she screams. "No way! The whole bands coming?!" She asks and I nod. "I think so." I say as we walk into the kitchen. "What are we in the mood for today?" I ask as Lilac and I walk into the kitchen. "How about chicken n' waffles?" Lilac says and I nod. "That sounds great! Who else has any request?" I ask. "How about we take a Chinese route?" Amanda asks and I lick my lips. "That's a fabulous idea! Any more?" I ask and Kahlen gives me a sly smile. "Maybe we could add some Australian influence." She suggest and I smile wide. "Okay people for today's menu we're having Chinese- Australian influenced food with chicken n' waffles!" I say and everyone breaks into applause. "Okay lets get started!" I say and we start to prep.

"Kat someone very special wants to see you." Clary, one of the waitress says and I nod and follow her out of the kitchen and to a table. "Hey it's Kat!" Calum says and gives me a bear hug. "Hi guys. What are you doing here?" I ask and the boys look at the floor. "You guys are wimps!" Luke shouts before he looks at me. "We wanted to try the food and ask if you girls wanted to hang out with us. We got a month before we have to go." Luke asks and I call over Clary. "Clary,can you go and get Lilac, Amanda, and Kahlen from the kitchen for me please?" I ask and she nods before she disappears. "This food is really good by the way!" Michael says and I smile. "I love the Vegemite you have in this dish!" Ashton says and I blush. "Thank you guys. Cooking is my passion, and I love to make people happy by cooking food for them to eat." I say and the girls come running over to us. "Okay before we chicken out do you give want to hang out with us after you finish work?" Michael asks and we all nod. "How long do you girls have to keep working?" Ashton asks. "We've got about two more hours." I say and the girls nod. "Are you guys going to stay here for two hours? 'Cause we've got to go and change." Lilac says and the boys look at each other and nod. "Sure! We've got nothing else to do." Michael says and we nod before we head back into the kitchen. "Bye boys!" I call behind my shoulder before I walk back into the kitchen.

Two hours and thirty minutes later, the girls and I are dressed again, in more comfortable clothes, and we're ready to leave. "We're ready to go guys!" I call and they walk out of the kitchen and into the living room. I'm wearing a pair of black of high- waisted shorts, a floral print tee shirt, and a pair of grey/gray converse. Lilac's in a floral dress with black sandals. Amanda's in black tight jeans with a white lace shirt, and Kahlen's in an all black short dress with black converse and white jewelry. The boys walk up to us and just stare at us. "What? Is something wrong?" Kahlen asks and looks down at her dress. "No no! You girls look beautiful." Ashton says and we all blush. "Okay then lets get a move on! We'll give you guys a tour of our great city." I say and we take their hands, and pull them after us.
