She walked down the hallway once more, not shedding a single tear and barely showing any emotion, she just knew that she had to get away from him, them arguing once more would only make it worse. Her brunette hair streamed after her petite figure, her chocolate brown eyes darted around the hall to make sure she was alone once grabbing her things from her locker. Her phone buzzed with a new message.
Pez:
You ok boo?
The brunette sighed and typed in an answer
No, coming over in five if that's ok
She waited, receiving a new reply in a heartbeat.
Pez:
Ofc I have biscuits btw :P
The brunette had a small smile and grabbed her keys before walking to her car. She didn't bother waiting for Sam, knowing he would only try and apologize. But it would happen again, it always came back full circle. And right now, all that Jade needed was Perrie. She didn't know why exactly-okay she did-yet she refused to admit it because she was going to only hurt herself even more-but she was always the brunette's go-to person, she could count on the beautiful blonde. Always.
The senior girl blasted punk rock music on the way to her friend's flat, doing as much as she could to forget about him, to forget about college, and her impending future. Her face remained stoic the whole time, only a tiny sliver of a smile existed when she noticed the blonde sitting on the front porch of her large flat, a small Pomeranian lay at her feet.
Perrie didn't fail to make her warm, or to smile, Jade loved her for that and many more countless reasons. It tore her heart to be with Sam, to be away from Perrie but she considered it the best for the both of them, because every once in a while she could listen to Perrie rant about her love interests, and act as a supporting loving friend that she always wanted to be even if it killed her to know Perrie was pining over another boy or another girl in their classes. When Jade met Sam, he also figured out how to make her smile, what made her tick. Jade was happy, she had a lovely time and it didn't have to be about Perrie, she found the rarity of a boy that trusted her, cared for her, and grew with her. It made her momentarily forget about her heartbreak over the blonde girl. Yet eventually with the stress, the rumors about the girls, it had gotten too much for both of them so then came the arguments which lead to the rest of their ride going downhill, slowly letting Jade fall apart in the process. The brunette pulled into Perrie's driveway and sighed, turning the engine off and slowly letting herself out of the car. The blonde was waiting at the porch steps and studied Jade for a few seconds before pulling her into a well-needed hug. "Thank you for letting me come over." Jade mumbled against the slightly taller girl's chest. "Anytime, you know you're welcome here." Perrie smiled down at her as best as she could, receiving a small but genuine smile from the brunette beauty.
"Biscuits and a movie?" Perrie offered. Jade nodded, following her inside, because screw homework right? At least for now. Jade flopped down on the couch and watched Perrie put in Avatar and turned off the living room lights, giving the room a more comfortable atmosphere before going over to sit next to Jade. "I'm not going to question it, but if you want to talk. I'm here." Perrie squeezed her friend's shoulder. Jade sighed in response, adjusting herself by Perrie's side to rest her head against the blonde's shoulder. "Thanks Pez." She smiled before the movie began.

Perrie's breath hitched when her fellow Geordie rested her head softly on her shoulder, but nonetheless shifted faintly to let the smaller girl lean comfortable against her.
The moment Jade's message sent earlier that day, the blonde knew she would regret having her come over. Because having Jade so close was a treat, but also a punishment because she wouldn't dare to wrap the other girl up in her arms, no matter how much she wanted to. So Perrie tried focusing on the movie. She tried to focus on Jake, how his brother died, and how he was traveling to a foreign planet. "I wish I could get shipped off to another planet." Jade remarked quietly from Perrie's shoulder. The blonde snorted. "Don't we all?" She asked, trying to ignore the beauty besides her.
Focus. Focus. Focus.
"I don't know what to do." Jade perked up ten minutes later. "Be straightforwards." Perrie suggested. "But, he's the one that's all confusing about it? I don't know what he's going on about." The brunette shook her head. "Who?" The blonde asked.
"Sam."
Oh. And there it was, the literal reason Perrie was doing all she could to keep her hands to herself. Sam. "Well tell him to cut the shit, and either he's in or out." Perrie decided, looking down at her lap and feeling herself deflate. Of course, Jade's actual boyfriend existed, and he could taunt Perrie all he wanted.
"-I try Perrie, but he apologizes and brings it all back to square one! He acts jealous, and just doesn't give me much space anymore, he doesn't-he doesn't understand." Jade's voice softened in hurt once more, the blonde fought her internal urges even harder. "Tell him to back off and that you two should have some space." She suggested. Jade stayed quiet, watching the movie. Then fifteen minutes later she shifted even closer to the blonde. "I'm sorry for bringing him up." She apologized to Perrie. The blonde looked down at Jade's full eyelashes, her lips, her facial structure, and everything down to her glasses, her heart was melting. "You needed to talk. I said I was here." She reminded Jade. They sat in silence again for a few more minutes until Jade sat up and grabbed a biscuit from the table, as if she was about to try something. "Look, I don't want to talk about him." She said and sat down right next to Perrie again, this time shifting her body to fully face the blonde. Perrie couldn't ignore the movie this time and found herself inches away from the brunette. "I-don't want to talk, at all." Jade bit her lip, feeling the nervous blonde hesitantly breeze a hand up her arm, to cradle her cheekbones as if questioning what Jade meant.
"No talking?" Perrie asked. Jade shook her head. "No talking." And gently closed the gap between the two. Perrie's heart rate went through the roof feeling the girl she had wanted for so long finally kiss her. And now it was really happening. But out of spite? Spontaneity? She pulled away softly, feeling Jade bite back before parting. "I'm sorry." The brunette bit her lip. But Perrie just, didn't mind. Because she was giving anything to have even a moment with Jade. "Shh." The blonde sighed and leaned in once more, kissing Jade with a bit more force; feeling the brunette Geordie answer with a more urgent kiss, pulling the blonde as close as possible.
She has a boyfriend, wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong....the warnings faded in the back of Perrie's head as Jade pulled her on top of her petite body, locking her arms firmly around the blonde's neck. Perrie followed her down, slowly drawing one of Jade's long and tan legs to hook around her waist and peppered the brunette's face with delicate kisses to breathe some more before pulling her up. The house was empty due to the blonde's parents being away on a business trip, she was thankful because it would have been a lot to explain. Jade pulled away from Perrie to grab the remote and turn off the TV, throwing it back on the couch before backing the blonde successfully into the wall, pressing their bodies together. The blonde let out a whimper of pleasure and gripped the brunette's hips in order to pull her closer if possible. Jade started pulling at Perrie's flannel, trying to unbutton it whilst not breaking their heated kiss. "Hey, hey hey-hey." Perrie forced herself to break the kiss, hating herself momentarily for being an idiot. "What's wrong." Jade panted against her nose. "I don't want to hurt you. Or for you to do this out of spite." She moved a piece of hair away from the brunette's glasses. Jade looked as if her eyes were watering, but she nodded and looked down at the half-open flannel which revealed some of Perrie's subtle abs, the air filled with silence as the brunette chose her words carefully. "Okay." She sighed, running her hand over the blonde's muscles. "I won't." Jade nodded, but leaned back in afterwards.
The blonde kissed her once and pulled back. "You won't?" She asked to make sure.
"Yes. I-look, all I want to say is. I just can't love him, I've lost myself in him so deeply just trying to lose my feelings that I have...for you. And he doesn't understand! Because I. Want. You." Jade was emphasizing at the end of her vent, and drawing Perrie closer by each word, as if to show how she couldn't get enough of her. The blonde was almost shocked, her friends were right. They always made jokes about the two girls and pushed them together, the whole bloody school used to think Jade and Perrie were a couple. But that was just words, from other people, and the blonde's imagination because never in her lifetime would she have thought that maybe, just maybe, her dearest love interest would ever return her feelings, after a year of becoming closer to Jade, after years of flirting and just joking, and pain to see her with Sam. She was here, in Perrie's house, confessing to her. "Jade, you...need to think about it. Because I...already have, I promise you. Please don't make me something you're going to regret." Perrie could feel her heart shattering for the millionth time when she spoke her words, seeing them visibly affect the brunette beauty against her chest. Jade reached up a hand slowly to wipe away a tear from the blonde's eyes, gently unbuttoning the blonde's flannel completely and softly sliding it off her shoulders, Perrie gently raised the brunette's black pocket tee as Jade took her hands, and raised them to her smooth tan stomach to show the blonde what she wanted, meeting Perrie's gaze with the fiercest emotions of desire, need, and...love. "I could never regret you Perrie Edwards, no matter how hard I try."
And that was all the blonde needed, kissing her and grabbing Jade's thighs, taking her into the bedroom down the hall. Perrie sat down feeling the back of her knees meet the mattress, Jade following her and lay down, straddling the blonde's waist, kissing her softly and grazing Perrie's abs with her small dainty fingers. The blonde rubbed gentle circles on Jade's sides, her hands slowly slipping under her shirt, creating a soft comfortable effect before sliding upwards to feel her firm breasts, making Jade bite back a soft moan of pleasure, her nails scratching softly at Perrie's abs in pleasure. They carried on like this, gently but with meaning, shedding articles of clothing along with their troubles as they felt. Both girls knew what they wanted. And it was each other.
Jade ended up sleeping over. Perrie grabbed a few spare blankets before settling down next to the brunette on the bed who curled up against her side, to burrow into the warmth. Perrie lay still, facing the ceiling as Jade absentmindedly traced the blonde's jawline up to her lips. Jade turned the blonde's head and kissed her softly before saying. "I'm sorry for dragging you into this."
Perrie nodded in understanding, but also feeling a sense of relief, now that they had sorted a couple of things out. Perrie's arm that was wrapped around Jade's bare waist drew the brunette's naked body even closer to her, telling her silently that she was there for her. "I'm not." The blonde wasn't sorry she kissed Jade. Sam was irrelevant now. "I love you, and I will support you in anything." Perrie continued, tracing the brunette's cheek with her free hand and moved stray hairs from her face.
In that moment Jade was smiling softly and kept tracing patterns over the small star tattoo on the blonde's hipbone, her arm strewn across the latter's waist. "I love you too."
