Your POV

I felt like being swept off my feet.

That feeling when his lips met mine is like a real dream, that dream in the fairytale that I have been waiting and hoping for since asdfghjkl years.

He deepened the kiss, our lips moved in sync, it was magical.

I sworn I would not let go forever, I would let this moment stay forever if it not for the need for air.

We pulled away and we stared at each other's eyes, neither party wanting to break contact. He lifted his thumb and slowly caressed my lightly brushed-pink cheek. I smiled at him and he carried me up and placed me on his lap, pulling me into his chest and wrapping his arms tightly around me. I felt the warmth travelling all the way up my body. I have never felt so safe and secure before.

"I will protect you." thats all he said. I smiled and slowly closed my eyes. Very soon I fell into a deep slumber.

Jongin's POV

"I will protect you." I said to her. I saw the edge of her lips tilting to form a weak smile before closing her eyes and fell asleep.

I smiled at how peaceful and comfortable she looked in my arms.

I said I will protect her and I meant it.

I will not allow her to get trampled by Ivy and her drones anymore. She have to be safe and sound.

With that, I placed my chin on her head gently, I felt my eyelids get heavy.

____________~ Some time later~____________

"Young couple! Whaye! Young couple hello? Wake up!"

I felt something smacking me. My instinct was to lift my hands up to prevent the object from hurting Shane.

"Wake up! If not I will continue to hit.." a voice said.

I opened my eyes to see the first-aid nurse from my school earlier in the morning, clutching a rolled magazine in her hand and staring at me. I realised Shane is still sleeping in my arms.

"Do you know the time already? It is already 4:30 in the evening and you promised to come back right after you bring her to the clinic!" she said to me in frustration.

"YAH..." I replied, pissed and annoyed by her tone.

"Yah what yah bring her back now you are following me back I have my car with me hurry wake her up!"

I sat up straight (my arms still around her ofcourse),

"Shane?" I said to her, there is not a single reaction from her except for her breathing movements.

"I will just carry her to your car." I said. The nurse looked at me surprised. I picked her up in my arms bridal style before she open her mouth to make any comments.

"C'mon lead the way.." I said with Shane in my arms. The nurse began to walk, turning her head looking at me as if I am some weirdo who would run away..
