Jongin's POV

I banged my fist against the table. How could Shane do that to me? So that was the reason why she was acting strangely today? The reason why she avoids me? Because of guilt? I couldn't believe this. There must have been something wrong, somewhere. 

"Jongin son arh, I have already warned you, and this IS the truth.." my umma said while glancing at the picture, shaking her head in disapproval.

That picture, from an anonymous sender. No return address, No identifications, No NOTHING.

Who sent this?

I could feel my misery choking up against my throats.

I believed that Shane would never do that. But I'm no longer that sure anymore.

Maybe the best thing to do now is to ask Shane for the truth.

I took the picture from the table and headed straight to the front door.

Shane, I need an explanation. Now.

Shane's POV

I finally reached the porch steps of my house. I was lost again.

I feel like as if my legs are going to shatter or break I don't know anymore. The map my umma had given me in the morning was already all crumpled up with dog-ears. I was so clumsy that I squashed it accidentally so many times.

"Shane." a familiar voice called out. I turned my head to find Jongin standing behind me. I quickly opened the front door, trying to shut him out. He is the last person I would want to talk to now.

But not to my amazement, he grabbed my arm and pulled me away from my front door harshly, to one of the chair in my garden.

He dragged a chair out and motioned for me to sit. I really don't want to talk to him. I don't want to. The time isn't right. I would want feelings to fade first.

I simply started to run back to my house again. Just then Jongin called after me, loud and pissed, I was taken aback...

"Do you think running away would solve everything? I have known everything!" he said and threw something on the floor, "Look, your little lover! To think how much I have loved you."

What is happening? Why is he acting this way?

I bent down and picked up the photo. I stared at it. My eyes widened. I couldn't believe it!

"Shocked, isn't it? Now your secret have been revealed! I guess we are over right?” he said like as it our relationship was one of those he had in the past. The way he spoke made it sounded like he didn't care at all.

"Jongin, it wasn't-" I began. He simply raised a hand, "You don't have to explain. The truth is in here." he said before walking away in a swift.

Wait!

"No! Jongin! Jongin! It wasn't as you have seen! It wasn't!" I shouted desperately as I ran after him. Our relationship can't end like this, it can't! He is my soulmate, the last person I wanted to hurt, the only person whom I remembered! No.. No..

But just then, Jongin's Umma's words rang in my mind again....

"Look here, you don't want Jongin's life to be ruined by yours right?" "If you really loved him, do the best for him."
