Its been 5 years.

Shane's POV

Life in London was really great. 5 years of time in London and I have completed my studies. I am no longer single, I have a boyfriend, he is Ethan, from England. He is understanding and caring, more mature than Jongin in many ways, such as being calm when running into troubles whereas Jongin is more aggressive. It was hard forgetting Kim Jongin, but I know the right way to live a life is to move on and start fresh. I will keep the memories of me and Kim Jongin closed to my heart, these are what I cherish the most in my life back in South Korea with Kim Jongin.

Even though starting afresh is important, missing Korea is real. After speaking to Ethan about it, he supported my decision of going back to Korea for a few months totally. I thanked him for his trust and understanding even though he knew that I am probably meeting my ex.

(On the day of arrival)

The plane touched down in South Korea, words could not describe how I felt; I was overwhelmed with the sense of strange familiarity and nostalgia. I scanned through the crowd, and saw him.

Jongin's POV

I was at the airport's arrival area waiting for Shane, she told me she would be back and wanted to see me right after she land. I felt butterflies in my stomach, just like how I felt when I saw her years ago. After she had left, my life wasn't fantastic. I tried hard to keep myself sober. Now, I am proud to say I have successfully become a trainee in the Kpop industry, with hopes of becoming a professional idol.

A familiar yet strange figure appeared.

It was Shane.

Our eyes met each other and the crowd around us began to fade. I felt tears well up in my eyes even though I am a guy, and tears flow down Shane's cheeks. 

Time has passed, crowd has passed, but certain things wouldn't, and we both knew it.
