Shane's POV

"Wae-yo? I can still remember your teary face when you see me leave, he (Oh Sehun) teased. But there was a hint of guilt on his face.

"You never replied any of my emails."

Upon hearing that, he looked away and stood up.

"Come back.. don't go.." I said, "I am sorry, Shane." he said and walked away.

I lay there on the bed, stunned and unable to react.

What is wrong with him? Why did he do that? Why?

"Shane.." a husky voice called my name. I turned to see Jongin standing at the doorway, holding a bouquet of flowers,

"For you. Speedy recovery." he said. I forced a smile at him. Obviously, he can see that it was forced.

"Shane, is there anything wrong?" he asked, worried.

"Nah..haha.." I said. He grabbed a chair and sat down beside my bed. "I don't know you knew Oh Sehun."

What? Jongin knows Sehun?

I showed him my gasping look. Jongin simply smirked.

"Jagi, you may not believe but he is actually my neighbour & my childhood buddy." Jongin said with a twinkle in his eyes, "but everything stopped when I move away, you know.."

What? Childhood friend?

"Then why are you guys acting like enemies?" I asked, recalling the scene when they were so harsh with one another.

"He was talking to you, and too close.." Jongin said, trailing off.

I chuckled at his childishness.. "Omo, you loved me so much!" I giggled & threw my arms around him. He wrapped his arms around me.

"Shane, I.." we suddenly heard a voice from the door. It Sehun, holding a packet of food in his hands. Upon seeing that, we immediately release each other from the hug. Awkwardness filled the air, especially what have happened just now.

"Hi, Sehun." I said. Sehun's has a look of defeat on his face, "Shane, I have bought you food." he said.

"Thanks." I said, reaching for the food. But Jongin intersected it, "I would have it instead.".

"Get well soon." Sehun said, before turning away. His looks upset. I stared at the doorway. Jongin looked at me quzzically.

"Jongin, lets go home."

I got discharged and it time to go back to our hotel. All the while, my mind was whirling around the image of Sehun. To be honest, he was my bestfriend, the most important person in my life, I always have feelings for him that were more than simply a bestie. All this years, I have emailed him & shared my woes with him while he was away, he did not reply any of them. I felt so lonely and down from popularity. After Mandy left me, my life went downhill and have never been so horrible before. I stopped emailing Sehun, I don't blame him for not replying, but I feel stupid, this seems to be a one sided affair since Day One, I don't know. I am occassionally confused with the past, when he kissed me on my cheek, those hugs. It different. The only thing I question myself now is, "Do I really love Kai? Or was I simply treating him as a form of distraction?" meeting him was the best thing in my life.
