Isabelle looked at her, and pulled her by her hand, she dragged her all the way to the library. They both walked in, there stood Alec and Jace leaning against the table, Hodge was hidden in the shadows, just a figure, Isabelle sat down on the seats near the shelves, Anastasia too walked and sat down. She looked at each other, not knowing if she should ask what's going on.

" Guys?, what's happening" she asked.

" Well, we just wanted to say how great you are", Jace replied with no emotion.

" I don't need people telling me that, I already know, come on what is going on?" she asked again.

" We need to go to the pandemonium, there's something going on" Jace replied.

" But I can't, it's Clary's birthday and we were planning to go, she's already there, we planned this long time ago, why now, let the demon live for today, do something-"

" I don't care, you're coming, you'll see her anyway, just get your gear on and then we're leaving" he cut her off in mid-sentence.

She did not say anything, she got up, and slammed the door behind her, she walked a few steps to her room, she opened it and went and got her gear, her clothing was okay, she just needed her weapon and stele. Anastasia was always fond with her sword, it was a gift she got from a young age, she liked the way how in one swift move it can kill a demon, she put her hood up, and drew runes, one to protect, one to be brave and some other ones which intended to have complicated designs, she got and walked outside.

It was true everyone waited for her at the entrance, Isabelle was wearing a white dress, she looked like a goddess, everyone else was the same, all black, just about matched her soul.

They had walked all the way, it's not that far well if you walked very fast then you'll get there quickly. Moving with the crowd they got in without being noticed by any mundane.

Amelia stood there gawking at Simon and Clary walking inside, something inside of her lit up when she saw them, but faded away when she knew she couldn't be with them.

" You know killing demons is kinda getting boring" she exclaimed.

" Well you're welcome to back you bags and go live on the road" Jace answered.

" You're really nice" she said rolling her eyes.

" I know, no need to tell me" he said starting a conversation with Alec.

That had waited for a few moments in a room for Isabelle to come in with the shape shifting demon.

Few moments passed and the door creaked open, there stood Isabelle straggling the demon with the gold whip that coiled around her pale like arm.

The demon dropped down onto its knees, it was human, pretty good looking with bright blue hair. Something different.

Knowing she was not needed Amelia leaned against the wall watching them hack away at it, a concoction of blood filled the floor, Jace had killed it, and just then a high pitched scream filled the room, Amelia looked up and saw Clary, standing there star struck from what she just witnessed.

"Amelia?" She shouted, her voice shaking from fear

" That's me" she answered back while staring and the blood.

" W-what are you doing here, did you just murder someone you sick freak" she screamed looking at Jace.

" No he didn't, it wanted a one way ticket to unicorn island, Jack here granted its wish, would you like one too, it's pretty easy" Amelia said with a hint of sarcasm.

" You can see us?" Jace asked

" Nah then" Amelia shouted

"Amelia shut up, wait does that mean-" before he could answer Alec jumped in.

" No it doesn't a mundane can't be one of us, let's just leave before people start wondering what's wrong with her" Alec said while walking outside.

Everyone else pushed Clary aside and walked away, leaving Amelia by herself, Clary stood there as if she didn't understand anything, who can blame her?

" I'm sorry I'll explain later, now isn't the time" Amelia said while walking away.

They all walked back to the institute, no one spoke, everyone except Amelia was hurt, an iratze will fix them, it was nothing that bad to worry about.

They had made it to the institute, everyone returned to their rooms, Alec and Amelia walked together as their room was further away from the rest. Before she could enter her room she was pushed against the wall.

" What is wrong with you, you're really are a coward, learn to be good with fighting and not just with your words, you can't just stand there watching everyone do everything while you don't do anything, grow up" Alec spat the words out leaving her with nothing to say.

Slamming the door behind him, she stood there all alone. Sighing she walked into her room and fell onto her bed.

" Get your stuff together Amelia" she whispered to herself.

She sat up and texted Clary. Wondering if she'll ever text back after what she just saw.

She lay there, filling her mind with random thoughts till she finally fell asleep.
