Chapter 55

Natalie's Pov:

My birthday is in two days! I invited the boys and the girls over to mine an Luke's place to hang out or whatever, Liz said she'd take the kids for us since it's my birthday which I am so thankful for and Marcy hired a babysitter to watch Eva so she could come out! Eva is so beautiful! Luke and I are cuddling in bed and watching a movie which I can't remember the name of but whatever! I'm mindlessly playing with my wedding ring and look down at it, I smile at the memory of when Luke proposed to me which gets me into looking through all our memories, when we first met, when I moved in with him, when I lost my virginity to him, when I found out him and Mikey were best friends too! It all came flooding back to me in a jolt and i couldn't help but smile.

"What are you smiling about baby?" Luke asks me holding my hand, "Everything! All the memories since we met! Everything's that's happened since that special day! It all just flooded into my mind" I said looking up at him, he smiles probably remembering everything too, "You know! We've been married five years!" He says kissing my head, I nod smiling at the thought, "I never thought I'd get married before I met you! But somehow I knew you were the one!" He says hugging me tightly to him, as if I was gonna fade away if he let go, "Well it's a good thing you knew that cause if you didn't we probably wouldn't be here right now!" I laugh, laying my head on his chest, "I love you! Forever and always Nat! You're my forever and always and I'll never let you go! You're mine!" He whispers kissing me on the head, "I know! An I wouldn't want to be anyone else's! You're mine too! My forever and my always! I'll never let you go!" I whisper back leaning my head back and placing a soft kiss on his lips, this is where we belong, together!

Luke's Pov:

After Nat told me she was thinking about everything I couldn't help but also think about it! The first time we kissed, when I proposed to her, when we found out she was pregnant! I can't imagine a life without her cause I've been with her for so long! She's my world! She's my everything! Her and the kids! The boys have also grown up! Calum has a daughter with Marcy and her name is Eva and they're married!Mikey is getting married soon too! They met about a few years ago and her name is casey and Ashton is married to His new wife Alexis and they're expecting their son. We have all come so far, I can't believe where we are today! I could never have imagined things would turn out like this!

Love is definitely strange but once you find it you don't notice much! Love is hard but also beautiful at the same time, love is when you'll do anything! Be anything for the one you love! You'd never do anything to purposely hurt them and if anyone ever did you'd do anything to make sure they never did
again! Love is when you don't want anyone else because the one you love is always on your mind day and night! Love is when you know that person is the one person you want to be with forever, and you guys might fight but that's okay because you love each other and you know nothing could break you!

Natalie's Pov:

"Baby! Have you seen my favourite heels?" I Haller to Luke who's packing bags for the kids to go to Liz's. "Which ones!?" He hallers back, "My black studded ones!" I say as I walk into Kyle's room, "Check under the bed!" He says zipping up Kyle's bag. I walk into our room and check under the
Bed, sure enough they're there! "How do you always know!?" I Haller as I set them on the bed, "It was just a guess!" He laughs walking in, he wraps his arms around my waist and presses a kiss to my forehead. "Happy birthday baby!" He whispers as our foreheads rest against each other, I smile and kiss him back, "What's planned for tonight?" He asks sitting on the bed, "At five Liz is coming to get the kids then at six we're going to dinner with our friends at Mazzerello's  and then we're going to a surprise destination that Marcy and cal planned and then we're coming home and maybe...we can have some fun!" I finish with a slight playful tone, "Sounds fun!" He says getting up and kissing my head before going to get the kids ready.

Marcy bought me an early birthday present and she said I couldn't open it till today because it was for when we went out but I'm going to open it now. I grab the box from my closet and set it on the bed, I untie the ribbon and slide the top off the box, inside is a beautiful black sparkly dress, earrings and a necklace to match and a locket! I open the locket and it had a picture of me and Luke in it, we're smiling and looking at each other, when did she take this?

What she got me is so beautiful! It probably cost a fortune too! My shoes match the dress and accessories and the locket I can wear during the day!

This is going to be the best birthday ever! Spending it with everyone I love is all I could ask for! They're my family and I couldn't ask for a better one, it's surprising how far we've all come and I'm so proud of everyone! I knew from the minute I met Marcy and her and cal started talking they'd be together, that wasn't a surprise! I'm mostly happy for Michael! He loved me and he wanted me to be his but then he found casey and now he's only my best friend! I know he still loves me and I love him but I will always love Luke more! I wonder what would've happened if me and Luke were never partnered up, if I was partnered with someone else! I wonder what would've happened if I said no to moving into his place, so many thoughts about what could've happened but I'm happy with what did! I love my life and I wouldn't trade it for the world! They say when you get married you'll regret it at least once but I haven't regretted marrying Luke at all! He's my true love! I remember the day before he asked me to marry him! I was scared he would never do it cause he didn't want to commit but looking back I don't know why I was scared because I knew we'd be together forever!
