When Ivy woke up she heard faint screaming.

"What's going on?" Ivy asked

"Apparently, someone is in pain."

"That's terrible!" Ivy said, nearly shouting.

"Well, we can't do anything to help them," Isaac told her.

As she look at the others, she realized that they were right.

"We're going to die," Ivy said.

"Hey, don't give up," Isaac told her.

"Yeah," Kat said, "Caiden and Raven are coming for us."

Suddenly Isaac shouted, "Gahhh!"

"What?"

"Oh, sorry, The way I modified the watch to ring is that it gives you a small shock," Isaac told them.

"Well, answer it!" Ivy told him.

"Hello?"

"Hi," Said a familiar voice.

"Caiden?"

"Yeah."

"Camera?"

"Oops."

The screen changed to Caiden excited face.

"Hi guys!" Kat said.

"Hey! Um—We're at the front of the ship. could you guys, like, bang on the walls to make a loud noise or something?"

"Yeah, sure," Ivy said.

"By the way, how were the sandwiches?" Caiden asked.

"Great," Isaac replied, "So, um, bye."

"Bye."

The screen went blank. then they started kicking, hitting, and punching the gray, metal walls.

About a half hour later the wall that Ivy was kicking disappeared.

"OH MY GOD!" Ivy shouted as she kicked nothing but air and fell forward on to the cold, smooth floor.

"Oh! Sorry Ivy," Raven said stepping away from a tiny, green button.

"Oops," Caiden said as he helped Ivy up.

"At least we found you guys," Raven noted.

"Yeah," Kat said, "Well, HI!"

"Thanks," Isaac said, stepping out of the cell.

They ran through the ship trying to navigate the vast halls. At one point an important looking alien saw them running and heard their sneakers pounding on the smooth metal floor.

Then they saw the alien hit a button and it dropped them into a pit.

Caiden swore as they fell.

They landed. Raven kicked Caiden in the shin and scolded him for swearing.

Then, water came shooting out from a tiny pipe in the wall.

"Why now!" Raven shouted, she then took a breath, "Wait, if we're in a ship this shouldn't be so deep."

"You are seriously thinking that now," Isaac said.

"Well, If it shouldn't be so deep then it shouldn't be real," Raven told him.

"Then if this isn't real we must be somewhere else," Ivy said, catching on.

The water was up to their waists now.

"Guys?" Kat said, "The water's rising."

"Yeah, we know," Caiden said, looking down.

That's when the water started pouring in extra fast. in seconds it was at their necks.

"Does anybody else besides me know how to tread water?" Raven asked.

"Yeah. . ." Caiden replied.

"Good, can anybody hold their breath for at least fifty seconds?" Raven then asked.

"Me," Isaac said.

"Okay," She responded.

She then grabbed one of Caiden's knives and cut off the hood from her sweat shirt, gave it to Isaac, and then told him to go down find the water source and stuff it in.

"Got it," Isaac said.

He then went under the surface just as the water reached over their chins.

"Hold your breath," Kat said as she took a deep breath.

The water went over their heads but Ivy kicked up and tried to climb the rocky wall. She found that there were actually a lot of possible foot and hand holds, but, they were slippery so that you couldn't stay on one for a very long time.

"Hey, guys, I think you can climb the walls," Ivy told the others, "There are a lot of foot and hand holds. But you can't stay on for a long time otherwise you'll fall back down."

"Let's climb," Caiden said, treading water.

They started to grab onto the slick rock, but Kat wasn't very good at climbing and Raven was still treading water, waiting for Isaac.

Suddenly, Isaac's head broke the surface and gasped for air.

"Did it," he said, still gasping.

Ivy only then noticed that the water was rising slower than before.

"Hurry up," Caiden said.

They started climbing again, faster now. But Kat was still very slow in comparison to the rest of them.

"Guys!" She shouted about a minute later, "I'm slipping!"

They looked back but they were all to high to help her.

"Kat!" Ivy shouted as Kat slipped and fell to the dark water with the sound of a hard impact.

"We need to help her," Ivy said with tears in her eyes.

"We can't, the water's too dark to find her," Isaac told her, "and we're almost at the top."

Suddenly the water started pouring from the top from a small storm cloud.

"Let's go!" Isaac said.

They climbed only two more feet until Ivy realized that she was walking forward.

Then they burst out of a room that was full of dark blue mist.

"What the f-k just happened?" Isaac said, rubbing his eyes.

"That didn't really actually happen," Raven said.

"Kat's still inside there," Ivy said somberly.

"We can't go back," Caiden said, "What if we go into a different simulation."

Suddenly, they heard the sound of marching and creaking metal.

"We need to run," Isaac told the others.

They started running through the halls but they found themselves in a corridor full of something different, every single villain from every single book all of them ever read.

"Hey, check it out," Raven said to Caiden, pointing to something that looked like a woman made of dust and dirt, "Gaea."

"You guy's read waaay too many books," Ivy said.

And with that they charged.
