When Isaac woke up he was in a dimly lit, lime green, disgusting smelling, room with Ivy and Kat. Ivy was awake (somehow) and playing with her hair, facing away from him and Kat was still passed out on the floor.
"Hi," Isaac said.
Suddenly he found himself planted on the floor with a strange smelling sneaker on his chest.
"Sorry, Isaac," Ivy apologized, "automatic reflexes."
"Okay," Isaac replied as Ivy helped him up.
"Where are we?" came a voice behind him.
Before he could blink, his fencing sword was at Kat's neck.
"Oh, oops, sorry," Isaac said.
"It's okay," Kat told him.
"Why did they leave you armed?" Ivy asked Isaac.
"How should I know?" Isaac said.
They sat on the floor in silence for a couple of minutes.
"I wonder where Raven and Caiden are," Kat says a while later.
"Hopefully not in another cell," Ivy commented, "then we'd have no hope."
"We really need to find a way out of here," Isaac said firmly, "But how are we going to?"
"I think that we can get through the wall," Ivy observed, "I was kicking it earlier and it sounded really thin and flimsy."
"They probably didn't think humans were generally smart" Kat said, "They also probably don't usually think about people."
Then they started punching, hitting, and kicking the wall. the sound of banging metal could be heard on the other side of the ship."I'm exhausted," Kat said after about a painstaking, half hour of kicking, "I need a break from hitting and kicking. I think we all do."
"Yeah, let's stop for ten minutes," Isaac agreed.
"We really need to stop," Ivy said, "I'm really tired and hungry."
As soon as she said "hungry" something in the wall clicked and a steaming plate of spaghetti and meat sauce came out of a tiny slot in the wall.
"What the..." Isaac started.
"Strangely, that was the weirdest thing all week," Kat said.
"Might as well eat it," Ivy decided.
"What?!?" Isaac exclaimed, "Are you crazy!"
"But," Kat complained, "We're just so hungry."
Once again, on the word "hungry" a plate of linguine alfredo came out of the wall slot.
"Huh," Isaac said, "Why do they only have pasta, I want pizza. Now I'm hungry."
Again, on the word "hungry" a slice of pizza came out of the wall.
"That is f-king weird. . ." Isaac said, "Do they really want us to eat that?"
"I'll try a strand of the linguini," Kat said, "How bad can it be?"
She grabbed the fork and slurped up a string of the pasta. They waited for something to happen.
"Well," Ivy said after two minutes, "That's good news."
Suddenly, Kat shuddered. she fell to the floor, limp and lifeless.
"I told you that something was wrong with that!" Isaac exclaimed.
Then Kat sat straight up, her eyes a dark shade of violet.
She kicked Ivy in the legs, causing her to fall. then she punched Isaac hard in the chest, but not hard enough. He grabbed her wrist, twisted it behind her back, and then pushed her hard into the wall. V-Kat (that's what they were calling it) passed out, lying on the floor.
Kat then, suddenly, sat up and gasped for air. Her eyes once again light brown.
"What," she gasped, "happened?"
"Do you remember anything?" Isaac asked.
"Only a tiny bit," She said, "I only saw the wall coming, every thing before was a weird dark purple, and everything after was black."
"Well, now we know what happens when you eat that stuff," Ivy said.
"What if our friends ate that stuff!" Kat shouted.
"This is bad. Very, very bad," Isaac muttered.
"God, we are going to die," Ivy said.
"Gee, thanks for the encouraging pep talk," Kat told her.
"We NEED to get out of here," Isaac said.
"Wait a minute," Ivy told them, "Isaac, don't you and Caiden have those communication watches?"
"Yeah, they're Apple watches, but I wore mine and now it's gone," Isaac sighed.
"I think I found it," Kat hooted, "Is it basically a tiny iPhone on a watch?"
"Yeah," Isaac answered, "where is it?"
"Um... It's here but I just pulled up pictures of dicks on it."
"Really?" Isaac said sarcastically.
"Yeah," Kat laughed, "It's hilarious.
"Just give it to him," Ivy pleaded.
"'Kay," Kat replied.
Isaac took the small screen and tapped a tiny button. They waited then they saw Caiden's face pop up on the screen.
"Isaac!" Caiden exclaimed, "Where are you guys?!?"
"In a cell, on the ship," Ivy said bitterly.
"At least you aren't trying to talk to us while fighting a bunch of aliens. Caiden countered. "Raven! Behind you!" He then shouted, turning away.
"God. Is the GPS on your watch on?" Isaac asked him.
"Wait," Caiden said as he pressed a button on the screen, "Now it is."
"Okay," Isaac told Caiden when he searched for the GPS settings, "Now mine is on too."
"Good. now we can find you guys instead of searching blindly into woods," Caiden told them brightly, "We actually will probably be there tomorrow morning."
"Great," Isaac said, "Please hurry."
"Hey—um—Caiden," Kat said, "Our friends—um- the food they give us—um—they make you evil."
"What?!?" Caiden exclaimed.
"WHAT?!?!?!" Raven yelled from outside the screen.
Caiden yelled back, "I'LL GIVE YOU THE DAMN WATCH!"
They then saw a blur of color and heard a thunk as they found the screen showing Raven's face.
"Hey guys!" Raven shouted as she stabbed a reptile looking alien, "Anybody hurt?"
"No" Ivy said. "We're okay."
"Well, when you say 'okay,' what's the limit of okay?" She asked.
"Um..." Kat thought, "I guess we're a lot less than 'okay.' Probably around 20% 'okay.' Does that sound right?"
"Pretty much," Isaac admitted.
"BTW, the food that they give us turn you evil," said Isaac, much better than the way Kat said it.
"Well, how can today get any worse..." Raven muttered.
"Raven!" came a voice from outside the screen.
"Sorry, gotta go, Bye!
The screen went dark but they could still hear what was going on.
They heard a scream, a yell, and the sound of running, and then there was only silence.
"Raven!" there was a yell and then there was a shout from the distance.
"Here!" they heard.
Then the screen came back on.
"Guys, Raven's missing."
Then the screen went black
