After what felt like ages, Raven was done with killing and stabbing zombies through a hallway.
Suddenly, there was an explosion from the room at the end of the hallway.
She ran to it for some reason.
"Ivy?" she called
"Raven?" came three familiar voices
She burst through the door.
"Oh my god," Raven said, "There are zombies!"
"Yeah," Isaac said.
"We noticed," Ivy noted
"Where's everybody?" Ethan asked.
"Dunno," Raven replied.
Just then, there was a loud bang and Caiden, Terra, Liam, and Justin came running out a door followed closely by an army of zombies.
Ivy screamed.
Isaac threw a spear at a zombie that almost bit Justin. Right through the head!
Together they killed all of the zombies without conflicted feelings of killing "has-been" people since they were in a simulation.
"Oh. My. God," Terra gasped, after beheading the last zombie, "Since when do zombies come in groups?"
"Since, like, ever," Raven said.
"True enough," Ivy agreed.
For some reason, Raven then started playing with her sword by stabbing, and waving it around randomly.
"Hey!" Caiden shouted after Raven almost stabbed him.
"Sorry," Raven apologized.
"Whatever," Caiden said.
"Sure."
"Now what?" Justin asked.
"Dunno."
They went picking around the room that they were in, looking at every weapon and every zombie head.
Raven shouted to the others, "Meeting at the stairway!"
After about a minute everybody was gathered at the bottom of the stairs.
"Well, let's talk," Raven said
"About what?" Ivy asked.
"How do we get out of this simulation?" Raven then asked.
"We got out of the last one by overcoming it," Isaac noted.
"That's probably not going to work in here," Liam said.
"Then what is?" Terra wondered.
"Maybe the feeling of falling?" Ethan suggested.
"That's what wakes you up when you dreaming," Justin chimed.
"That's possible," Ivy replied, "Try it? It's our only idea."
"Sure, but let's all hold hands so that if it doesn't work we'll all be in the same simulation," Caiden said.
"Let's do it," Isaac said with a determined look in his eyes.
