(S3E12: The Coming Of Arthur Part One)
//3rd Person POV//
After the incident in the Tavern, the young prince and his manservant rode back into Camelot with the man that had saved their lives. He was knocked out cold, the least Arthur could do was bring him back to Camelot so that Gaius could fix him.
"Did you see who threw something at that man that was going to hit me?" Merlin asks as the two ride back towards Camelot. Arthur shakes his head. "No, how could you possibly?"
Merlin rolls his eyes but continues speaking. "Neither did I."
Back in Camelot, Merlin and Gwaine were talking about Gwaine's hatred for nobles, whenever he mentions something. "Now that I think about it, Arthur looks familiar, but I assure you I've never seen him before."
Merlin furrows his brows together. "Then how would you-" Merlin is cut off by Gwaine slapping his own forehead. "Taylor."
"Taylor?" Merlin questions. Gwaine looks up. "Taylor, she works in the tavern. She and Arthur have the same eyes." Merlin can only think of one other person who even remotely looks like Arthur, his sister, but her name was Scarlet. "Come to think of it, Taylor looks like a younger, female version of the prince." Gwaine whispers under his breath, then looks back up to his new friend.
"Please don't tell me that for the past two weeks I've been talking to the missing princess of Camelot."
"I'm afraid you have."

(After "Gwaine")
"Cenred's kingdom? Why on Earth would she be there? There were plenty of other places she could have went, but she just had to go to Cenred's kingdom!" Arthur paces around the throne room. Morgana taps her foot nervously. She was going to have to report this back to Morgause. Uther was more than likely going to send in someone to find the lost princess, meaning her and Morgause's plans could be ruined.
After Uther sends a small group to go find his beloved daughter, Morgana sends word to Morgause, who tells Cenred.
//Scarlet//
Whenever I walk into the tavern, I have a terrible feeling, like something was bound to go wrong. It may just be because I saw my brother and Merlin here, but whatever it is, I don't like the thought of it.
After my brother and Merlin showed up, they must have took Gwaine with them. From what I hear he got scuffed up pretty badly, considering he hates nobles, I'd hate to see how he reacted when he found out that he saved Prince Arthur's life. I'd hate even more for him to find out that I was the princess.
Mordred sits alone today, due to Gwaine being gone, so I walk over to his table and smile. "I kinda miss him." Mordred nods. "Me too."
"Maybe he's giving my brother a hard time back in Camelot." I try and laugh. Mordred gives a small smile. I frown and sit across from him, placing my hand on his. "Mordred what's wrong?" he glances around the room and sighs.
"I don't have a good feeling about this." he says in my mind, something he only ever does if he doesn't want anyone else hearing. I don't get the chance to respond due to someone barging through the door. My grip on Mordred's hand tightens as I recognize the man. We were both right to have a bad feeling.
The tavern goes silent as Cenred scans the room. "I'm looking for someone." Cenred never goes into the villages himself unless it's urgent. "Goes by the name of Taylor." I can sense the fear in Mordred. My heart starts to beat faster. "Sire, she hasn't done anythin' wrong." Mary says, walking over to me and placing her hand on my shoulder. Cenred's eyes meet mine and he smirks. "You're right, it's not what she has done, it's what her brother's doing." Gasps fill the room. I close my eyes.
