Ava gasped as I threw ice cream on her face.

Ava: JAYDEN!

I laughed.

Me: Hmm?

Ava: Why did you do that?

I shrugged and laughed more.

Me: Cause it makes you look cuter.

She grabbed the towel and I ducked as she tried to hit me with it.

Ava: Well thank you for the compliment.

I laughed.

Me: Cocky.

Ava: Not more then you.

Me: Nobody is more cockier then me.

Ava: Kayla is.

I nodded while laughing.

Me: She really is.

We went in the living room and plopped down on the couch. 

Did I forget to say that I lived alone?

Well we all live alone now , well except Danielle who has a roommate.

Ava usually spends most of the time over here at my place since she gets "lonely" at her apartment and plus my house is closer to the school she attends.

Ava: So how's things at the store?

Me: It's great. The lines are selling like there's no tomorrow.

Ava: Well that's good.

Me: Yeah , it is. How's school?

Ava: Tiring. One of my professors hate me.

Me: I'm pretty sure they don't hate you.

Ava: No I'm pretty sure he does.

Me: How you know?

Ava: Because he told me to stay back for a minute. Once the other students left , he told me he hated me which is why he's giving me more work than everybody else.

Me: Well damn. Yeah , he hates you. Think about it like this , soon he's going to end up running out of work to give you.

Ava: Hopefully , but I'll still end up with an F.

Me: Then I dunno what to tell you.

She laughed and laid on my shoulder.

Ava: Did you know that we've been together for a year and 6 months now and we haven't even said I Love You yet?

Me: I do know that. 

I looked down at her.

Me: Why'd you mention it?

Ava: I was just saying , that's all.

Me: Oh. Okay.

My phone vibrated on the couch and I picked it up. It was Skylar. I answered the call.

Me: Wassup , Skylar.

Skylar: Wassup. You busy?

Me: I'm with Ava.

Skylar: Yes or no fool.

I laughed at her stupidness.

Me: No idiot. Why?

Skylar: Come down to the store.

Me: Why? Is everything okay there?

Skylar: Yeah , everything's cool. I just got some ideas and you have to fill out some paperwork.
