Takes place before Goku left for Nemek while waiting for his ship to be finished.
(Kumiko POV)
I waked around Capsule Corp. aimlessly for a while. I had trained most of the day and didn't have much else to do. Kakarot was still in the hospital and the ship we needed to go to Namic wasn't finished. I huffed out a breath in boredom and roamed the large place.
Then I heard something. I hadn't heard anything like it before. Almost like I was being drawn in I followed the sound until I found a small box that it seemed to be coming from(radio. And you thought it was a tv.) I sat down in front of it and lessened.

(Balma POV)
I looked around for Kumiko. I wanted to get her measurements so I could start making her some new armor. I looked in each of the rooms for her until I found her sitting in front of the radio looking like an inawed child. Her eyes were wide and held a light I didn't and still don't have a name for. I walked over next to her but she didn't move from her spot or even look up to acknowledge my presence. I placed a hand on her shoulder but still nothing. Until she spoke up.
"Balma, what is this?" She questioned awestruck. I tilted my head a little, confused that she had never seen a radio before.
"Oh it's called a radio. We use it to-" she inputted me before I finished.
"No not the device. What is the sound?" I furrowed my brows as I became more confused. I'm
"You mean the music?" She still didn't look at me but she when she uttered the word to herself.
"Music?" I then realized that this saiyan woman not much older than myself had never heard music. I felt sympathy towards the woman.
"It makes me sad." She said out of the blue. I looked at the radio and realized the song that was playing was a sad one. I didn't really know what to do from there but I spent the rest of that day and several after teaching Kumi about music and I found out something that did shock me greatly. She could sing. Enough to brake a heart.

This was just a random idea that popped in my head while I was listening to music the other day. At one point I want it to tie into the story. Thank you for reading.
