Chapter 10: Fewel..Jorest?

Taylor's POV}

I wake up at 10:00 a.m. It's Saturday thank God.
I can't stop thinking about last night at the rink. Was Riley really MY boyfriend? It didn't even seem real. I grabbed my notebook and wrote everything that happened last night. Jessica, revenge, Riley and I, all of it. I flipped back 20 pages.

I called Riley stupid today when Jewel fell! I feel so bad even though it's not a big deal. He's so cute though...ugh.

I laugh to myself. It's funny how life works out. I just hope we last a long time and people don't give me crap at school Monday.
Jewel called about an hour ago while I was sleeping, so I called her back. "Hey girl! What's up?" I asked.

"Hey! I was just wondering if I could come over and hang out."

"Totally! Come now!"

"Okay! See ya soon."

Finally. I haven't had some one to one best friend time with her in a while.

Once Jewel got here, she skipped upstairs. "Hey! How'd last night go!" She winked.

"Well...Riley's my boyfriend now" I said hiding a big smile.

"OH MY GOSH! Like its official?!" She screamed.

I nodded.

She hugged me so hard I nearly fell over! "I'm guessing you approve of it!" I laughed.

"Well duh! He's perfect and you're perfect and together you a big mixture of PERFECTNESS!" She said enthusiastically.

"Aw Jewel!"

"It's true! But um...I need to tell you something." She said suddenly seriously.

Crap what now?

"I'm only telling you this because you're my best friend."

"These jeans make my butt look big?" I asked.

"No! Your butt looks fine!" She laughed.

I laughed, "okay good. Well what is it?"

"....I like Forest." She said nervously.

What. Oh. Since when. But. He. Likes. Me. Jewl. Yes. No. I don't know. Riley. Perfect.

"What!? Since when!" I asked.

"I don't know! All along I guess! But it's kinda hard to like someone when they constantly talk about another girl."

I know the "girl" is me.

"Aw Jewel! I feel like it's my fault. Well I'm not interested, you know that. He's all yours." I smiled.

"Aw yay! I wanted to check with you.."

"Why? It's your life! Besides I have Riley. An by the way, you and Forest would be super adorable. " I winked.

"Really?!" She said as her eyes brightened.

"Yeah! So are you going to tell him? Or should I tell him got you?" I smirked.

"No! What would he say.. I know he doesn't like me back." She pouted.

"Aw he'll get over it. He has too."

"Hopefully. Why must you be so pretty and so...you!?"

"Oh shut up, Jewel. You're the prettiest girl ever. And your ginger hair is perfect. I wish I had it!"

"You know I hate the word ginger" aw Grunted.

"Haha okay you're red hair"

"Better, thank you."
