Jin finally returned home from the cafe with a huge headache. Everyone had started to speak loudly and it's not that he minded, it just got too much. Namjoon gave him some smiles through the noise but he would always turn to the others a few seconds after.

Nor Taehyung or Jin spoke about the incident that had happened earlier, and Jin was thankful for that.

The brunet sighed as he sat in his miserable house. It was like a cycle, the boy did nothing other than go to school and sit in his house. Sometimes he wondered if it was worth it, was it? What was the point in life if life was just shifting from one building to another without anything changing? Jin had always wondered if the simple act of dying would be more eventful. The rush of adrenaline must be fun right? The only adrenaline Jin had ever really experienced was when he was around Namjoon. He enjoyed that rush; his heartbeat increasing; his head spinning. It made the boy giddy in ways he'd only read about before.

But he has someone he holds close to his heart.

Jin was yet again fully aware.

Painfully aware.

Jin's phone buzzed bringing him out of his daze. On his way to check his messages he took note that the time was only 11:53am; how unfortunate.

Namjoon - Yo yo yo ~

Jin held back the small smile that wanted to show and replied quickly.

You - yo ^~^

After roughly ten minutes of no reply, Jin frowned; flipping his phone open and closed repeatedly.

~ buzz ~

Jin jumped and rushed to check his message.

Namjoon - Did you do the English homework?? I'm stuck on question 5 TT

You - I think it's "she went to the cinema on Friday" >< English isn't your strong suite //

Namjoon - ily thank you so much

Jin's insides fluttered for a moment. The little 'ily' make Jin's smile reach his ears. It was silly. Fun silly. Seokjin didn't mind the fact that it had no real meaning, he almost enjoyed the delusion that there could be one.

You - 🤗 sksjsjsj ilym!

it was almost fatal, the anxiety Jin had after sending that text. was that weird? too much? was he allowed to say that?

Namjoon - hey, do you want to come out to the movies with us tomorrow?

You - if you're sure i wont be intruding, that would be great !

Namjoon - okay, its a date.
