It was him, the guy Shiho was interested in. Well, not interested as in crush, but as a strong fighter. His sharp looking eyes glared at her, his arms folded in front of his chest and Shiho could feel that he was not in a very good mood. His black coat was again hanging on his shoulder. This time, Shiho spotted the red tag on the left sleeve of his black coat. “Fuuki” was sewed there in gold, meaning Discipline. Shiho guessed all other guys in black coat were Discipline committee members; they had the same red tag on their coats too. This guy was obviously the head of it.
“Trespasser…” he said, “Who are you?” His eyes were still glaring.
“…I’m Shiho Cavallone, Class 1-A.” She answered simply and calm. She stood up and walked towards the door a few steps.
“Hn, new student… Don’t you know what room this is?”
Shiho rolled her eyes, “Will a new student know what room this is on her second day?”
He moved towards Shiho, grabbed her shoulder with a strength that she couldn’t resist and pinned her roughly on the wall, making her groaned in pain, “I’m pretty annoyed right now.”
His face was just a few inches away from hers, “So?” she challenged, also annoyed because of the pain he caused.
“… I’ll bite you to death.” He moved a step back and a tonfa appeared from his right hand. He just attacked without warning.
With her quick reflex, Shiho used the only thing she had on her hand, her flute, to block the attack. She had nowhere to dodge with wall behind her and a predator in front of her. A loud clash between the metals was heard. Shiho was already annoyed by the fact that her back was still aching with pain and now, she must protect herself for no reason at all.
“… Is this how a disciplinary committee should act? Attack because of annoyance?” she growled.
But the guy replied with a smirk, apparently didn’t listen to what she was saying, “Wao, you are unexpectedly strong. I changed my mind.”
He relaxed his stance and moved towards the principal-looking seat, “I’ll let you off today.” His tonfa disappeared behind his coat, making her wondered where he hid it, but that was not the main point now.
This guy managed to piss her off to an extent that she could kill him right there. However, she resisted, didn’t want to make the matter worse on just her second day at new school. She marched towards the door before the guy said, “Wear your uniform properly.”
Indeed, she just wore her uniform casually, without tucking in her shirt and left the blazer unbuttoned. Her red ribbon wasn’t there too.
Without even looking at him, she just replied, “I would say the same to you,” plus closing the door loudly to express her annoyance. The Chairman of the Committee grinned after she left, “Another worthy opponent to be bitten to death.” He then took his seat and started doing his leftover work.
Shiho went to her class while still feeling slightly annoyed, *what kind of attitude is that?! Attacking someone you just know. Even when I killed someone, I studied their histories carefully before deciding whether I should kill them.* She examined her golden flute carefully, turning it around to see any injuries on it, *Phew… luckily it’s not broken… I should have taken my weapons out this morning. Who would have thought someone that dangerous is in this peaceful school.*
Shiho slide open her classroom door and went to her seat at the corner back. A few people had arrived there. The school was getting crowded with students every minute. She sighed and just looked outside the window absentmindedly, till someone greeted her.
