Kateikyoushi Hitman Reborn - The Heart of Darkness -

Chapter 6

Tsuna and co had learned that both Hibari and Shiho went to Kokuyo and didn't come back. Something must have happened.  With the force from Reborn, they gathered the team and went to defeat the said criminal, Rokudou Mukuro. After many injuries, they managed to go till the top floor to face the real Mukuro and rescued everyone that was captured by him, including Fuuta. In the middle of battle, Gokudera appeared with Hibari. Apparently he had freed him from his confinement. 

"... Now I'll bite you to death." Hibari said with his tonfa ready. His body was already broken here and there yet his fighting spirit never dampened. 

But at that very moment, Shiho screamed. She was still unconscious yet she was shouting something, crying.

"NOO!! Stop it!! Stop!!" She screamed. Out of sudden, her body was full of cuts and bruises. Blood was flowing out from her injuries. It happened just like that. 

"... Kufufufu... It looks like it has started." Mukuro grinned. 

Hibari looked even more pissed off. Is it because of Shiho's suffering or is it because Mukuro ignored him? Nobody knows. He just charged and defeated Mukuro in his state. He collapsed soon after. Shiho was still going berserk although she was being held there. Mukuro still have tricks up his sleeve but nevertheless, with Tsuna's awaken powers, he was defeated and caught by Vendicare back to the prison along with his accomplices. 

The doctors that were called by Reborn had arrived on time and carried everyone out to be further treated in the private hospital. Shiho was given an injection to calm her down. It didn't seem to stop the nightmare. The bruises and cuts were more and more along the way to the hospital. Arriving there, Dino was there to supervise the whole thing. As he saw his sister in injuries, he was shocked.

"... It is the same..."

"Boss?" Romario asked his boss.

"... Romario, I'll need to go back to Italy, tonight."

"Yes, boss. I'll arrange it right away." 

Yamamoto and Tsuna were fine, but the rest needed to be hospitalised for a few days. As for Hibari, the moment he was awake, he was gone. He didn't like to be confined or ordered around after all. Nobody knew where he went.

Shiho was drawn in the nightmare for 3 days straight. She kept on moaning and crying in her sleep. Everyone was so worried for her.

"What the hell did that Mukuro guy do to her?" Yamamoto asked worriedly.

"I don't know. When I arrived there, she was already like this." Tsuna said sadly.

Reborn was deep in thought, "... She is seeing something... something bad." 

"What is it?" Yamamoto asked hurriedly.

Reborn shook his head, "We could only know after she wakes up."

The next morning, Shiho was finally awake. Her eyes were still wet in tears, "... So... so that's what happened...." She said to herself. She was full of sweat, tear... and fear, "I remembered everything..." She cried again.

Suddenly the door was opened. Shiho was still cautious after what she had dreamt. She got up immediately and looked towards the door, "... Kyouya? Why are you here?" Shiho asked while wiping her tears. She didn't like showing her weak side to other people.

Hibari was still in bandage but he seemed to be strong enough to walk around and beat people up, "... If you are done sleeping, get up and do your job. If not, I will bite you to death." He said that and slammed the door shut.

That speech rendered Shiho speechless, "He came here just to say that?! Can't he say something comforting?! That jerk..." she grumbled. But strangely, all her fear and sadness were gone. Just a few words from Hibari and she was fine, calmed down. She smiled to herself, "He sure knows when to make me mad..."
