Chapter 22

Just got home! Here is another chapter for you guys!

TRIS POV

I wake up to the sound of my stupid alarm clock. I used to use my phone as an alarm but ended up just throwing it every time it went off so yeah, I had to get a new phone and an alarm clock.

This morning I didn't want to get up so I threw the stupid clock.

"Woah, does this happen a lot?" says tobias. I look towards him and my gaze goes down to his toned stomach. It looks like he just took a shower so all he has is a towels around his waist. I finally rip my gaze away and say something,

"Um yea." I say and he laughs, "You took a shower?"

"Yea. I got up early and made breakfast."

"Why?"

"Well I figured you took a shower last night and I tried to get you up with me but that didn't go well. Let's just say you are violent in you sleep to. I just thought I would let you sleep even more by making you breakfast."

"Well 1st of all, I'm not violent--"

"That alarm clock begs to differ." he says and I look at another shattered alarm clock.

"Ok maybe a little. And 2nd OH MY GOD THANKS TOBY!!" I scream running up to me and giving him a kiss. He deepens it just as my stupid brother comes into my room.

"Gross."

"Ugh Caleb! How do you have a 4.0 GPA and you still cant learn to knock on a fucking door."

"Ok, ok! Fine I'll leave but seriously dude, at least put some clothes on if you are going to make out with my little sister" He says. I look at tobias and let out a sound that is a mix between a growl and I sigh,

"She's not your little anything caleb." Toby says. I smile up at him and then give caleb a glare as he slowly backs out of the room.

"Well I should start getting ready now." I say, and tobias pouts.

"Awww. Please trissy, don't go."

"Calm down it will literally take me umm 10 minutes."

"Ok, meet you downstairs." he says and I nod, heading into my walk-in closet. I walk towards the back of the room and pick out a gray hoodie. Then I go into the corner where the shelving is. I look towards the 2nd Shelf where I have all my pants and shorts. I pick out a pair of light blue washed short-shorts. It is still fairly warm outside so I am trying to wear shorts while I can. kneeling down to the bottom shelf I pick out my maroon converse that match the maroon scarf that grab of of my vanity. I sit down and put my hair in a quick braid. Then I put on some mascara, clear lip gloss, and eyeliner. Then I grab my bag and run downstairs.

"Hey toby." I say smiling.

"That was quick."

"Told you I would be done in ten."

"I know," he says handing me a plate of bacon, and then an egg sandwich. I bite into it and sigh,

"ITS SO GOOD!" I say with a full mouth, tobias just laughs and bites into his.

About 5 minutes later we finish eating, with about 45 minutes to spare.

"Wanna walk?" I say.

"Sure." Toby responds.

I grab his hand and my bag of the kitchen counter, right as we are about to leave my mom comes running towards us.

"Wait!"

"What!" I say, mocking her tone.

"Both of you missed a lot of school with the whole marcus incident, so I have a slip for both of you."

"Why?"

"It will excuse all the work you missed and the amount of absences you have."

"Cool, ok thanks mom. Bye!" I say grabbing the slip and giving her a quick hug before we leave. I grab Toby's hand again and notice they are shaking.

"What's wrong?"

"I just... Do you think anyone found out?"

"No! And even if they did it doesn't change who you are."

"What do you mean?"

"I mean, no matter what happens you are still the same person that you were an hour ago, or a week ago, or a freakin year ago!"

"Yea. You're right." he says.

"Aren't I always?" I say, raising my eyebrow.

"pretty much." he says, smiling and slipping an arm around my waist. My breath hitches when his hands slips under the hem of my hoodie. Sparks flying everywhere as he rubs circles right above the hem of my shorts. He smirks, loving the effect he has on me. I look up at him and pull him aside right before we reach the school doors, I see him looking around and I laugh.

"What is this place?"

"My little hideout."

"Where is it?"

"Oh its like a little nook in the building hidden by some bushes. I like it here because no one can find me here and there is a tree in the corner. It's actually big but no one can find it so I just chill here sometimes." I say and he smiles.
"Why are we here now?" He says, coming closer,

"Why do you think we are?"

"Well I was hoping it was to finish what Caleb disrupted." He says in a low voice.

"Well then you are correct." I say smiling, as he grabs we by the waist, twists me around and presses me against the wall, all while kissing me.

This continues for about 10 minutes before we here the bell.

We rush inside along with the other people in the courtyard. We run into our advisory class and sit next to each other. Tori does roll and then tells us that we can talk amongst ourselves.

I turn to my left and start talking to Tobias. Then I here Zeke say my name,

"Hey tris,"

"Yea?"

"Me and Uri were having a party tonight. Can you and four come?"

I know Toby wants to come so he is just asking me, "Yea sure." I say just as the bell rings.

"Great." He says as he walks out of the room.

I grab Tobias's hand and we walk out of the room too. I groan just thinking about the rest of the day. I hate school.

"Don't worry it will be over soon and then we can go to Uri and Zekes house for that party. And yes you were speaking out loud."

"Oops. Well you're right. Let's get this day over with." I say to Toby and then walk into our next class.

Sorry about how I ended this but I was updating from my phone which was horrible so I really felt the need to end it. I am going camping for the 4th so I won't be updating for a few days(4 at the most) so yea byee!
