Hi! I'm back.I wanted to say thank you to those who read my book. I really appreciate it. So, here's your new chapter. Enjoy!
Lauren's pov
****************
"You!"
Jake stepped into the dim prison and stared at me. "Lauren, the betrayer."
I bit my lip and pressed my hands together. "I am not. What are you doing here?"
Jake smirked and knelt in front of Lauren. He grabbed her chin and stared deep into her eyes. Jason growled. "Get away from her!"
Jake snarled at him. "Shut up! You are just a little boy. You don't understand! This is between me and her."
I wrapped my hand around his wrist and squeezed it. "You let me go now!"
He made a tsk tsk sound. "Oh, why should I release you? You are just a evil betrayer. You betrayed your loved ones."
Memories flashed in my mind. Memories of him. Him! Jake. It was that boy who kissed me. Who made Jake misunderstood.
Jake released me and grabbed my arms that were bound together with chains. Jason was now glaring at Jake with anger. "The both of you must pay the queen a visit. She wants to see you." A guard came into the prison and grabbed Jason by the arm.

Priscillia's pov
*****************
"Priscillia! Are you awake yet?"
I gasped and opened my eyes. Oh, crap! I overslept. I promised Maelly to be up early! I jumped out of bed and rushed to the closet. I pulled the door open and grabbed a simple violet dress. After putting it on, I opened my bedroom door.
Maelly was smiling at me. "Gud day, miss!"
I smiled. "Yup, 'gud' day to you too!"
"Hey, Queen Urvale told me she wanted to see you. Would you please follow me to the throne room?"
I groaned. "Ugh! That woman...Alright!"
Maelly pushed the door open after knocking. Queen Urvale turned and fixed her eyes on me. "Welcome, girls. How are you, Priscillia?"
I faked a smile and nodded. After seeing her bullying my friend that day, I found that I don't really trust her anymore.
She's not to be trusted! My mind said.
Queen Urvale wore a black dress today with diamond jewelries. She motioned for me to sit beside her. "Maelly, I am sorry for not providing a seat for you. Stand behind Priscillia then."
Maelly bowed and stood behind the chair. I sat on it and laid my back against the soft velvet cushion. Queen Urvale sat upright with her lips slightly parted. "Bring them into the throne room!"
Two guards wntered the throne room, dragging two people behind them. One of the guards is Jake. He smiled at me and forced the person to kneel before the queen. I gasped when the two prisoners lifed their head. The woman that I met in the market, Lauren and...Jason. I glared at Queen Urvale. "Why do you capture them?"
At the sound of my voice, Jason turned and looked straight at me. He was even more handsome than usual. I gulped and turned away. I choose to face Queen Urvale. "Tell me! Why?"
"Now, child. Isn't this what you always wanted? To have the ones you love here?"
Suddenly I found myself speechless. Isn't this what I've always wanted? To have Jason here with me? So why am I feeling quite...sad? Is it because he is chained up?
