Dear mom

I have some amazing news for you! You won't believe it!! I'm getting married!! Exiting right!! Natsu and I skipped over that step a while back, haha. It's been a few months sense he proposed to me at a steak house on a balcony under the perfect view of the stars. Mom, it was so beautiful I couldn't describe it to you! It was the best night of my life! The wedding, so far, seems like it's going to be next week. I'm going to look at dresses today with my friends. Oh mom, I wish you could come with me. I know you'll be there at my wedding. I'm so happy. 

So don't worry about me mom, I've got a perfect life waiting for me with my new husband and my beautiful daughter.

I fold up the paper and place it in the box with the other letters carefully. It's early in the morning and Natsus still snoring loudly. Layla came in the room in the middle of the night last night because of a bad dream, so she laid next to him. Natsu snored loudly well Layla snored like a little kitten. I walk over to the bed to get a better look at them. I lightly push Layla's pink hair behind her ear and smile at her softly. Gently, trying my best not to wake him, I close Natsus mouth which he had hung open so wide you could fit a watermelon in it.

I make my way over to the kitchen and start on making breakfast. I make some tea for me and Natsu and a warm cup of hot chocolate for Layla. I open the window in the living room. The air out is getting colder everyday. It's fall, almost winter, and so far, it's looking to be a very cold winter but not a lot of snow. The air out may be cold but still so fresh and feels so nice to breath in. I'm exited for today, and the next day, and the next day. I'm so happy to be here, in magnolia, as a member of fairy tail, with a family that actually loves me. 

I sit down on the sofa with my warm tea in my hands, gazing out the window at the rising sun. Happy laid snuggled up on a bundle of pillows in a large basket in the corner of the room by the bookshelves. I herd him shuffle around in his bed a bit and turned to look at him. "Morning Lucy..." He mumbled, rubbing his eyes. I smile at him, "morning happy," I say. He walks up to me. "You seem happy, why?" He asks, climbing onto the sofa next to me. "I'm just happy with my life," I say in a sigh, then taking a sip from my tea. 

"Oh yeah, your getting married to Natsu. I knew you liiiiked eachother!" He teases. "Where have you been these past few years! We've 'liiiiiked' eachother for a long time now!" I laugh. He giggles with me. I get up to make him something to drink and pull out a can of tuna. I finish up making breakfast and set the table for them, eating my own breakfast my self.

Natsu came out of the bedroom with Layla on his shoulders. Layla laid her head on Natsus, trying to continue sleeping well Natsu rubbed his eyes and yawned. "Morning sleepy heads," I greet them, kissing Natsu, then kissing Layla's cheek. He sets Layla in her chair and sits down in his own. 

"When are you going with levy, Erza, and the rest of them?" Natsu asks, his mouth filled with food. "I'm not sure actually.. I think we were planning on meeting up at the guild hall and leaving from there." I reply. 

"Can I come?" Layla asks. I smile at her, "of course! I wanted you to come with me!" I say to her. She smiles and takes a few gulps from her drink. Natsu twirls his chopsticks in his hand, "what am I gonna do today?" He asked me looking at me dully. "You could go on a job with gray," I say. 

No." 

"Why not?" 

" I'm not going on a job with a stripper!" 

"SHHH!" 

Layla looked at us confused. "Uncle gray is a stripper? What's that?" She asked, putting a few mouthfuls of her breakfast in her mouth. I hesitated. "It's just that, uncle gray. That's what it means..." Natsu says duller then before. I walked his arm with my chopsticks and he flinched. "For that, I'm making Erza force you two on a job.." I tell him angrily. He sighs a heavy sigh and leave the table to get dressed.
