"Can- Can I see her, boy?" I felt like crying but I couldn't. I couldn't for Toby. "She's upstairs. I'm keeping the shop open. But somehow the meat quality lowered again and we don't sell anythink" I ran upstairs.
I came into her room and saw her laying in her bed. I can't wake her up can I? "Wake up Love, it's me, Mister T" I tried waking her up and she opened her eyes.
She's so pale! She looks so sick! What if it's all my fault? "Nellie wake up! Nellie? NELLIE I BEG YOU WAKE UP?!" She didn't. I started crying and a single drop fell on her beautiful cheeck. Wait... SHE OPENED HER EYES? "Nellie do you hear me?" I begged again. I needed her now. Toby and I both did.
"Mister T? You- you're back?!" She tried to be really happy but she couldn't. She was too weak. What if it's all my fault? "Nellie oh god what happend love?" Like she'd be able to tell everything now. But I didn't want to loose her.
"After you left I... I was so alone you see and I was very sad. I thought I'd never se-see you again dear" she cried "but then I got sick and for a week now I'm really not feeling alive. I didn't really had a reason to fight did I?" It was my fault! "Oh Nellie I'm so so sorry I shouldn't had left you please forgive me please keep on fighting!"
"I- I'm trying." She didn't spoke very loud. I had a hard time to understand everything but I'm glad I'm back. She closed her eyes. What if she wouldn't make it? I couldn't help myself but cried. "I love you Mister T. I always did" she said an hour later. I still sat there kinda shocked. Is this true? Did I leave anything for this beautiful women and would she might die soon? No she can't! "Don't say that Nellie. That's like goodbye. Don't say goodbye. You're not gonna die. We're gonna live, raise Toby, be happy. We. Together Nellie. Don't leave me! Please don't!" I cried.
