Bunnymund hid behind a pillar near the control room. He overheard the elders heading to Araboth for the monthly report. After hearing this Bunnymund formed his plan and now he is waiting for the right time to strike.
A part of him told him that this is wrong and he shouldn't betray his friends and Venus, (BUNNYMUND YOU IMBECILE!!!) but there was another part of him that told him that this is the only chance he could avenge and bring new hope to other unfortunate children (...b*tch).
He heard all 24 elders shuffled inside the cloud elevator while planning how to tell the council about this months report. Once he was 100% sure that the coast is clear, he sprang into action. He went into the nearest station and racked his brain, searching for the right memory about the control room.
As soon as he was about to give up, he felt something went inside of him and took control of his body. He couldn't move and all he could do was watch. His fingers started to type in a long code that he could not understand, once he was finish typing, he was able to move his body again. He looked over the code again and thought, 'maybe this the release code for Era's family and she might have added the no alarm code too when they're released, nobody will notice a thing.
But he wasn't quite done yet, all that is left is to press 'Enter'.

Meanwhile in the void, Era was gritting her teeth in anticipation, even when she gave him a chance to choose, she couldn't help but feel hopeless, she knew how faithful the Guardian of Hope is to his friends and the children and most especially Venus. But she felt all of that fade away as she observed his hesitant face turned to determination.
Then he pressed 'Enter'. (BUNNYMUND NO!!!!!)
Era could feel her mouth twitch into a Jeff the killer-like smile at the sight then she laughed maniacally.

Bunnymund stared at the screen with a blank expression, the screen read "Code Activated", which meant that he did it. He finally did it.
Before he could register what he had done, his sharp ears caught people murmuring, meaning that the elders are back. His body moved on its own and covered all his tracks that he was here. He succesfully got out in time, he swiftly went inside the cloud elevator without being seened and went on his way back to his friends.
Now all he had to do was wait...
(Bunnymund why?!)

Venus stared at Bunny with a worried expression, he had recently came back wearing a blank expression making she and The Guardians ask about his whereabouts, whats wrong, what happened, and what did he do. But he simply shrugged it off saying he had to do something to set things right.
To the other Guardians it seemed nothing but normal, but to Venus, she could already sense something wrong.
She eyed him as he played with the children, smiling and laughing all the way, but knowing him for several decades (even if they were separated for several years), she could still tell that something was bothering him.
Once she saw the kids running back to their parents, she took the opurtunity to approach him. She stopped right behind him before gently tapping his shoulder, feeling him flinch under her touch.
"Hey there," she said in a soft voice, "you okay? You seem distracted, anything that you want to tell me?"
Bunnymund froze in place, gulping nervously. What should he say?! He sucked at lying just like Venus (but between you and me, Venus is the worst liar ever, just saying).
