The ones who were called Miss Freckles and Rainbow, were actually known as Shinya Cohen and Aurora Clark.
Two grade 9 girls in Brandon High. Two unseperatable and compassionate girls.
"Seriously Shin, I have a feeling that last night wasn't a dream. I mean, didn't you feel it?" Aurora asked her. They were walking to school, chatting about new ideas for their stories and their OTPs, that was until Aurora brought up the dream that they somehow both shared.
Shinya only rubbed the back at her neck as she replied, "I did, but-"
Aurora shushed her when they passed the guard house of their school. The guard checked their ID's and let them sign their names in the attendance sheet. Aurora looked up at the small TV installed in the guard house to watch the morning news but what she watched made her eyes widen.
"BREAKING NEWS! THE WHOLE CITY OF MECCA DISAPPEARED DUE TO UNEXPECTED FAULT FAILURE! AUTHORITIES INSPECTED THE BIG GAP WHERE THE GREAT CITY OF SAUDI ARABIA WAS BUILT, SEEMED TO BE ENDLESS. SCIENTIST SAYS IT WAS A FORCE OF NATURE, RELIGIONIST SAYS IT WAS THE START OF THE PROPHECY. STAY TUNED FOR MORE!"
"What prophecy?" Aurora whispered, Shinya who was also staring at the TV wide eyed, "I have a feeling that this have something to do with the angel in our dream." She whispered so only Aurora could hear it. Aurora nodded and they went on ahead on their first class.
Recess came and as usual, the two were in the library, but instead on looking for the books that interested them, they were looking for clues and words of wisdom. Aurora was at the Religion isle while Shinya was at the History isle. They don't really know what to look for so they let their instinct do their magic.
After 20 minutes, they met up to see what the other had discovered, "found anything?" Shinya asked but Aurora only shook her head, making both of them sigh.
The library doors opened to reveal their friends, AJ, Rain (male), Leigh, Queen, Katsumie and Wendy.
"Hey, we didn't see you guys at cafeteria, again," Leigh was the first one to speak. Leigh was the wise mother of the group so she was really concerned at whoever is close to her heart.
"Yeah, we were... Researching for something," Aurora replied, AJ walked beside her and put an arm around her shoulders, "you know we're here to help whatever that makes you skip recess and maybe lunch," AJ reassured. AJ was Aurora's dork, and by that I mean significant other, he's like Aurora, kind, nerdish and wise. It was like these two were like a match made in heaven.
"We know," Aurora and Shinya said in unison.
"What are you guys researching about anyway?" Queen questioned. Queen is the kind of friend that wants to know what's going on until she knows when to speak her mind. In other words, she's fair and wise.
"Just about a prophecy the religionist were talking about the news," Shinya replied. Now Shinya is the honest lady, so people really trust her, but she knows what to say and what not say, so she's really a kind friend.
"Oh so you guys heard of the news?" This time, it was Wendy who asked. Wendy is the perky gossip girl, if you want to know about something, socially, you could trust her with it.
"Yeah, it was crazy! After that lots of things started to happen, riots, famine, starvation and plenty more! Some say its the start of Armagedon," Kat replied while making some hand gestures to enhance her story. Katsumie is the sporty tomboy-ish in the group, she stands up and worries for others.
Aurora and Shinya perked up at this, "Armagedon?"
"The end of the world as others would call it," Rain finally spoke. Rain is like the walking thesaurus of the group, kinda like the braniac, but he means alot to the group.
