Once Bunnymund, Jack and Venus went back to the Pole, the two Guardians were bombarded with questions like; "Where have you been?," "Where did you go?," "Who is this girl?," Etc.
"Bunny, why would you bring a mortal here?" Tooth asked as she eyed Venus carefully. Sandy, North and Tooth somehow recognized her but they don't know where. Jack then suddenly whispered to them "she's his girlfriend."
'You may not remember me, which I doubt that you would, but I remember you very well.'
Even if it was a whisper, Bunnymund was able to hear it. Bunnymund groaned and lightly tugged on his ears in frustration saying "We don't have time for this! And Venus is not my girlfriend... I'm not even inlove or something..." Bunnymund trailed off as he whispered the last part, he composes himself as he proceeds on the task in hand. But he didn't see Venus snort sarcastically while rolling her eyes.
"What seems to be the problem North?" Bunnymund asked but North only pointed to the Globe of Belief, the lights glowed blood red in the Asia part of the globe then it started to spread around it. Venus followed his gaze and her eyes widened.
"How long has this been doing this?" Bunnymund asked as he starred at the globe with one thought in mind: "Chaos"
"For the last 12 days, every midnight, then Manny shows up and spreads his light" Noth explained and as if on cue, Man in the Moon showed up and spread his light making all the rede glowing lights yellow again. Venus had a hunch that 'he' is coming back, to finish what he started, once and for all...
"Has anything weird has happened next?" Venus asked out of the blue. The Guardians starred at her for awhile before Tooth replied "strangely, yes... Once I saw the childrens' memories, they seemed, less pure and less happy..."
Then Sandy made a sand image of a flower. "What flower is that?" Jack wondered, the Guardians took turns on guessing what flower is it, Bunnymund was close to the answer, he could feel it. For he is the Guardian of Hope, bringer of Easter.
Sandy was getting frustrated, and Venus saw this, so to end this charades she simply said "Ugh! For the love of God, it's a willow flower... It symbolizes sadness and depression..."
Sandy silently thanked her, *no pun intended* if this keep up he would get a drawing board and if the Guardians finally understood him, he will smack them in the head with it.
"What Sandy's trying to say is 'The children had grown sad and depressed'" Venus explained for Sandy who nooded. The Guardians 'ohhh-ed' and to make the matters worst, North added "Sandy, why didn't you say something" making Sandy frown.
As the Guardians were discussing about the sudden changes of the children's lives, Venus saw the silver stone tablet. It seemed to call for her. She couldn't help but go closer to it. Once she's infront of the tablet, her eyes swept over the ancient words that are carved in the tablet.
"The Angel Patrons..." Venus jumped at the voice, she looked back to the owner of the voice and saw an immense man; tall, buff, and a little rotund. He has bright blue eyes, thick black eyebrows, and a long white beard and mustache. Wearing a black fur hat, a long red coat with black fur trim, and a red plaid shirt. He has the words "naughty" and "nice" are tattooed on each forearm respectively.
"When the Angel Patrons needed our help, they send us a mystical clue on what happened or on their whereabouts thru this stone tablet..." North trailed off, remembering those times "They used to be our most trusted allies-" he continued but Bunnymund cut him off "USED" Bunnymund stated with a frown.
'We used to be happy, used.'
"Until that one day..." Bunnymund started.
