One month Later...

{sorry for the time skip. Feels like I've been doing that a lot lately}

I was currently sitting outside of a local cafe. Studying for a test. When a cute guy walks up to me.

"This seat taken."

I shake my head. "No just me."

He sits down. Still smiling. "So what's a beautiful girl like you doing her sitting alone."

I blush a little." Studying."

"Which major?"

"Internation affairs."

"Damn girl. You should be going to yale or something."

I laugh a little."Well, I like Arizona better."

"Yeah. You learn to love it over time. You come her often."

"No. It's far from my campus. My grandmother lives near here. I was visiting her for the weekend."

"You should."

"And why's that?"

"Well then if you don't. How will I be able to see your beautiful face."

I laugh a little." I don't even know your name."

"Well my name is Alexis but I insist you call me Lex."

"Well, Lex I'm Amber."

"Pretty name for a pretty girl."

I was going to thank him fo like the thousands time but then my dad called.

"Excuse me for a quick second," I answer the phone. Getting up from the table walking towards the bathrooms.

"How far along are you?" Lex asked as I sat back down.

"Six months."

"I didn't even notice."

"Yeah. Not quite big yet." Well, this got awkward really quick.

"Well, your boyfriend is very lucky."

"It's complicated."

"He cheated?"

"You can say that."

His phone dinged a couple of times. Before he looks back up at me. "I need to go but we should do this again."

"Yeah. Here put your number in." I say pulling up the phone book on my phone before I hand to him.

He enter's in his contract. Before handing back to me.

"Daddy Lex," I say raising an eyebrow

"Yep. See you later beautiful." He winks before walking out of the case.
