Night out ♡

I got dressed and looked out from my balcony I could see Megan and Marsh at their back door and they were moving silently towards the banyan tree which was their trademark and someone was signalling with flash light. I think Brad and others have reached . It's easy for them to be out this late because Brad's parents were out on a vacation and his elder sister who was assigned to take care of him went to a party pleading him not to tell their parents . While Watson and Speed stayed at Brad's home convincing their parents that he's alone. My mobile chirped giving me a message from Brad ' Come out ! We are here . ' and I text back
' Sorry ! I can't come .' and I tiptoed downstairs and got out through our main door as I didn't want to get caught by them and moved towards the first left turn which would lead me to their backyard exit street and I reached there and viewed with my night vision binoculars. They were all out on the road, having some discussion and they looked set. Megan started to move alone but she turned back for every single step she took and they were waving at her .I wanted to see their expressions but I couldn't . After a few minutes she didn't turn at all maybe it's because of Marsh's comments . Finally she was out of their view and I spied her along the way and she reached there. She stood still seeing the entrance and muttered to herself "I will kick him hard ." I wondered who it might be.
"He didn't even come,that idiot !" She screeched . Now I got to know it was me . I just smiled for myself hearing her . The street lights started flickering adding to the haunted scenario which made her shiver and me as well. She switched on her flash and moved hesitantly cursing Marsh this time . She finally got into the graveyard and flashed light on the tomb stones to know which was Speed's grandma's grave. She found the cube and grabbed it . Silence spread all over. I heard a truck jolting along the way through the woods. As this town is surronded with a jungle one side. But why would a truck be here at an odd hour ? Megan heard the sound as well but she didn't run out from the graveyard rather she wanted to know and followed the sound . I could clearly see the fear in her eyes but she wasn't going to retreat . I've always thought why do many people watch horror movies even they are frightened to death . I think I've got the answer. It is the curiosity which makes them watch. It's same here in Megan's case

Megan almost reached near the haunted lodge . No wonder that Speed warned that it is better not to see. At once the dark sky rumbled and the wolves growled . Even the nature wasn't happy with her idea and thundered revealing few persons far away at the abandoned lodge getting out of the truck . Megan screamed, I grabbed her hand and pulled her behind the dense shrubs where I was watching her and put my handkerchief on her mouth to muffle her scream . She all most teared until she saw my face in a lightning.

"Alex ! " She gaped clearing her innocent looking greenish eyes . While few flash lights were pointed towards us, it might be because of her scream which alarmed them. But I can surely say that who ever they might be , they didn't see us and what ever they are doing is absolutely wrong. There wasn't even enough time for us to have a conversation as they set loose their hound which was charging into the graveyard from the truck . We both sat still behind the shrubs while Megan grasped my hand and I hold her hand tight .

That hound started sniffing the place and all most found us . I grabbed a stone with my other hand and threw it in another direction which made a huge sound and the  hound followed that way . It started to rain and it retreated hearing a different whistle. We stayed still, until we've confirmed that it's gone . Who are they ? Why are they here ? What are they doing ? Are the questions which occupied my mind but Megan looked blank staring the starry sky which just stopped to rain . It looked like it rained just for us . I broke her trance loosening her grip . She looked into my eyes , I was expecting something....... but what she did was punch me .

Huh .... I can't understand these girls . More over who are they ???
