I wake up and squeeze the pillow I'm cuddling, soon realizing it's not a pillow when I hear a groan.

"Trin." Grayson mumbles and turns to his other side.

I shrug and get out of bed, looking through my closet for something to wear. I settle on some yoga capris and a muscle tee before putting my hair in a messy bun and walking down stairs to Cam eating cereal.

"Morning." He mutters.

"Morning." I get myself some cereal and sit beside him at the table.

Cam looks at me weird and stops eating. "Why are you smiling like that?"

"What do you mean?" I raise my eyebrows.

"You've got a goofy grin on your face." He squints his eyes.

I shrug and keep eating.

"Hm." Cam mumbles and keeps eating while watching me.

Soon, Grayson comes down the stairs, rubbing his eyes. This causes Cameron to drop his spoon in his cereal and glare at me.

"We didn't do anything." I announce once Grayson gets closer.

"How long has he been here?"

I shrug, not knowing the real answer. He was in my bed when we got home, so I turn to Grayson for the answer.

"Like an hour before you guys came home." Gray sits down in the chair beside me.

"Mhm." Cam looks between the two of us and  nods. "Fine, I trust you. But, hurt my sister one more time and I swear that will be the last day you see her." He glares at Grayson.

Gray puts his hands up and shakes his head. "Never again."

"I'll be upstairs in my room. See you at the party." Cam finishes, sending one final glare to Grayson and putting his bowl in the sink.

I sigh and continue eating my cereal.

"I have to tell you something." Gray places his hand on my thigh, sending a million tingles up my leg.

"Yeah?" I try to compose myself by looking away.

"Ethan and I are going back to New Jersey for awhile. It's just so we can settle a few things and spend time with our parents. Cameron should even be back from college." He smiles.

"Okay." I nod and get up to put my bowl in the sink as well.

I don't see the big deal. He made it sound like it was going to be this huge thing that I'd blow up about. He's just going to see his family, no harm, no foul.

"I want you to come with us." He looks at me.

I stop in my tracks and turn around. "What?"

"Come on, it'd be fun. It's like a mini vacation."

I shake my head. "Gray, I've never been out of California. Plus, I would be intruding on your family time. I doubt they'd want me there."

He stands up and walks over to me. "First, I'll be with you through the plane ride. Second, they love you. I already talked to them."

I scoff. "Yeah, that's what it seemed like at that dinner ages ago."

"They do. Ethan was just -Ethan." He cocks his head and shrugs. "I promise it will be fun."

"I don't know. I feel like I'm ruining your guys' visit home." I shrug and bite my lip.

Grayson smiles and wraps his arms around my lower back. "You're not. Not one of my family members hate you- yet."
