"Wake up!" Ally slaps me, causing my eyes to scrunch together and I sit up.
"Ally, what time is it?" I shake my head.
"7 pm." She shrugs.
"I slept five hours?" I frown. After the incident I'm pretty sure it was around 2.
"No. You slept a whole day and five hours." Ally rolls her eyes.
I glance at her and now notice that she's in a completely different outfit than she was yesterday when she came over. "Oh."
"Look, you can't stay in bed all day again. Get up and take a shower. I brought you some clothes to change into."
"What are you talking about? I don't want to go anywhere." I touch my head, noticing the bandage is gone. "Where's the bandage?"
"You were able to switch to a less noticeable band aid." Ally shakes her head. "Never mind that, we're going to a party."
"A party? Are you serious right now, Al?" I sigh and lay back down.
"I am dead serious. It's Drew's. I heard you two made up and you have to go anyways. It's for you."
"For me?" I raise my eyebrows and let out a sarcastic laugh. "Yeah, like I'm someone who gets parties thrown for."
"Drew heard about your mother and the stitches somehow. I don't know. All I know is that it's at his dad's penthouse and you're the vip guest." Ally throws the blankets off of me. "Get your ass in the shower."
I roll my eyes and walk into the bathroom. I bite my lip when I notice Cameron took everything out of the cabinets, leaving toothpaste and band aids. I was stupid to try that with everyone around me. I just shrug it off and undress, getting into the warm shower and using all of Cameron's soap. It sucks because now I'll smell like him. After awhile, I get out and take the towel from the rack, wrapping it around myself and walking out into Cameron's room again. I see the clothes Ally has left on the bed and take them back into the bathroom. I change into the t-shirt and skirt and try to dry my hair with the towel before walking back out.
"Good. You're almost ready." Ally claps as she walks back in.
"Yeah. I look like a drenched rat who cried her eyes out and got punched in the face." I frown.
"You're right. We should try to cover up that bruise." She pats my face and pushes me back into the bathroom.
"Is all of this necessary?" I groan when Ally takes her makeup stuff onto the counter.
"Oh, it is." She puts some crap all over my face and pats different spots, leaving me to roll my eyes and wait until she's done. "See, you can barely see the bruise."
I look up into the mirror and see that she has covered everything; the bruise, bags under my eyes, even the stress marks between my eyebrows. "Wow, Al." I smile and pat her arm.
"Thanks. But I have to do your eyes." She goes up to my eyes and puts on all the shebang. "Okay, let's go."
I look at my reflection when she walks away and sigh when I look a whole lot skinnier than I was before. Now that I think of it, I hadn't eaten in awhile.
"Coming?" Ally comes to the doorway.
"Yeah." I walk away to grab my phone and put my Sperry's on.
"Good, because Cameron's not home yet and he would never let you go." Ally smirks and walks down the stairs.
"Great." I shake my head and follow her towards the door.
"Where you going?" Aaron is on the couch and eating a sandwich.
