well, I'LL TELL YOU, YOU SILLY NERD  tehe

so this summer i have developed a challenge for myself and you are welcome to do so if you please (im obviously going to continue after summer is over but i wont be making it any harder. this is one of those challenges that motivate you to try more unless you dont have to because you are a lucky duck)

So here is some information about the challenge. If you choose to do it you don't have to do the exact guidlines I have here and I will explain why later.

"Get Fit Challenge"
i know.. how original right

the challenge is a 30 day challenge.
it is to lose weight and get some upper body strength.
on day one, you do 2 minutes of running, 10 situps, and 2 pushups
one day two, you do 4 minutes of running, 15 situps, and 4 pushups
so every day, you add two minutes of running, 5 situps, and 2 pushups.
i know it seems small, but on day 30 you will have 60 minutes of running, 150 situps, and 60 pushups.
does it seem small now?
in all honesty, by the time you get there it probably wont be so bad because starting on day one, you will be preparing for that moment.
and if you are like me, you will continue after the challenge... which is when the real challenge begins.

So, like I said. You dont have to use those exact guidelines. You could completely get rid of the pushups if you arent worried about upper body strength. you can also start with one minute and add one minute each day so you only have to do 30 minutes. or you could skip situps if you dont care about them. or skip running altogether if you really want so.

i cant wait to see how this turns out.

and dont be afraid to do more than what it says in the early stages. like today i did 5 minutes, 50 situps, and 10 pushups. so yeah.. once i get in the higher amounts i probably wont do more unless its easy haha.
