*Beauty's POV*
The sun shone through the window and into my eyes. I groaned and sat up. I noticed Natalie had texted me.

Nat: I know you're sleeping but I go in for chemo. Wish me well

I texted her back and went downstairs. I noticed Jacob standing on the patio. I decided to walk out there with him.

"Hey Jacob" I slowly crept up

"Oh hey Mrs.Naomi" he sighed

"Woman troubles" I put my hand on his shoulder

"Yeah" he sighed

"Well talk to me about it"

"It's Brae, I want to marry her honestly but I feel like things are going so fast I mean when J.J was born I was no where near ready to be a father. So I know I'm not ready to be a husband"

"I understand you guys are young"

"But she wants to get married as soon as possible"

" I talked to her about it"

"What did she say"

"That's not important, what is important is what she learned"

"Well what did she learn"

"Patience" I smiled and walked back into the house. Jacob came in shortly afterwards.

"Thanks" he muttered as he went upstairs hopefully to make amends with Brae. I heard shuffling upstairs coming from my room and I knew Dallas was up. I ran upstairs.

"Dally" I jumped on his back

"Hey dork" he stumbled

"Hehe" I giggled and kissed his cheek before getting down.

"Good morning" he smiled

"Good morning" I smiled

"Mrs.Hall what are our plans for today" he asked me

"Well Mr.Hall I'm pretty sure we don't have plans for today but I have work"

"Well Mrs.Hall so do I because I have a job interview" he kissed me and walked into the bathroom.

"Wait what" I walked in after him

"I have a job interview" he smiled

"Where"

"My boy Black has a car detail shop and he could use a helping hand"

"Nigga if it's black then ain't no interview" I hit him

"You right" he laughed

"Let me guess, you start today" I smiled

"Yeah pretty much" he got undressed and stepped into the shower

"What about the barbershop" I sat on the sink

"Yeah, that'll bring in money too"

"I can stop working there part-time"

"Well you have valued customers"

"True, they'll miss me"

"So keep working there when you feel like it"

"Sounds like a plan co-owner" I smiled

"That I am" he laughed

"Hey baby next time we have something your parents should come over" I smiled

"Uh baby you know they always have excuses not to come. Well dad has a valid reason"
